職務内容 ＜Job Overview＞ Do you want to be the key link between Japan and international markets? Do you love Anime, Japanese entertainment and culture? Japan’s leading toy and collectibles company is looking for highly motivated staff to develop our rapidly growing business in North America and Europe. ＜Key Responsibilities＞ - Business Analysis: Gathering information on market trends and opportunities, competitor analysis, and proposing long-term business growth strategies for our international business. - Internal Liaison: Serve as the link on key projects between product development departments based in Japan and our overseas subsidiaries in US, Mexico, France, UK, and Spain. Role includes sharing the latest information from Japan with subsidiaries, being first port-of-call for subsidiaries on new projects, and coordinating key meetings between subsidiaries and senior management. - English Proofreading: Although not a prominent part of the job, you will be requested to support English checks and provide cultural advice on occasion.  応募資格 ＜Required Skills/Experience＞ - Native English speaker - General PC skills (PPT/Excel/Word) - Business level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1) ＜Preferred Skills/Experience＞ - Experience in either corporate planning, business development, project management or translation. - Strong interest in the entertainment industry  待遇 Salary: From 300,000 to 330,000 yen/month From 6,690,000 to 7,350,000 yen/year *Determined after consideration of factors such as experience, ability, and previous salaries ■Yearly example (2nd year of employment): 7,350,000 yen 330,000 yen/month+overtime pay (30 hours fixed)+bonus (This is a hypothetical example; hours of overtime and bonus amount will vary.)
