職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 中分子創薬における機能性化合物創出力および次世代技術開発の強化のため 仕事内容： 低分子創薬や抗体創薬では達成できない中分子医薬品の実現。 ・独自のライブラリ・スクリーニング技術の開発 ・中分子創薬プロジェクト推進と医薬品候補分子の創出 Background to recruitment: To accelerate functional Mid-size molecule creation and next generation technology development in Mid-Size molecule Drug Discovery Description of work: Realizing the innovative Mid-size molecule drugs for unmet medical needs which cannot be satisfied by small molecules and antibodies. -Developing original mid-size moleclue libraries and screening techonologies. -Leading mid-size molecule drug discovery projects and creating drug candidates  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・タンパク質やDNA（RNA）のライブラリ取り扱い経験 ・自ら研究テーマを立案し、推進した経験 ・学術論文や学会にて自らの研究を発表した経験 Desired experience: ・Experience in manipulating DNA(RNA）and protein library. ・Experience in creating and proceeding original research project. ・Experience in presenting own research in a conference or publication. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・チーム内で円滑にコミュニケーションをとりながら、協調して物事に取り組むことができる方 ・望ましくは進化分子工学、ケミカルバイオロジー、合成生物学、生理活性ペプチドのいずれかの専門分野を持つ方 ・英語文献を読み、英語の発表資料を作成することができる英語力を保有する方 Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Those who can communicate well and act cooperatively in a team. ・Prefarably those who have expertise in directed evolution, chemical biology, synthetic biology or bioactive peptides. ・Those who can read and prepare english materials without any incovenience 求める行動特性： ・未開の領域について積極的に挑戦する方 ・新しいアイデアを考えるのが好きな方 ・辛抱強く研究に取り組める方 Desired competencies: ・Those who have a frontier spirit ・Those who like to come up with new ideas ・Those who have passion never to give up. 求める資格： ・医学・薬学・理学・工学系修士以上で、できれば博士号を取得している者 ・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上） Desired Qualifications: ・Those who have a Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, science, or engineering and preferably have a Ph.D. ・Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score: 730 or above) 職種の魅力： 薬を見つけて患者さんに貢献できる歓びと、未踏の領域を開拓していく挑戦を同時に味わうことができます。 Position Features： you can directly feel joy to help patients by providing drugs and also you can enjoy the challenge for exploering new field at the same time.   待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします To be decided in accordance with our criteria 入社後に裁量労働制の本人同意を確認後、裁量労働制を適用（試用期間中はフレックスタイム制） 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
