ゲノミクス・プロテオミクスのデータ解析スペシャリスト / Data Scientist in Genomics and Proteomics Research

職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 創薬標的探索、バイオマーカー探索、薬剤作用機序解明等において各種オミックスデータ解析の必要性が高まっており、加えて新たな解析手法による知見獲得が求められているため。 仕事内容： 創薬研究および臨床開発のプロジェクトにおいて、以下の研究を推進する。 ・各種オミックスデータ（ゲノミクス、プロテオミクス）の解析 ・LC-MS/MSおよび NGSデータ解析ツールの改良・開発 ・各種オミックスデータを起点とした創薬仮説構築、機序解明、研究計画立案 など Background to recruitment: Due to the increasing need of omics data analysis for drug target identification, biomarker discovery, and elucidation of drug’s mechanism of action. And in addition, novel insight acquisition by new analysis techniques is being demanded. Description of work: Promote the following research in drug discovery and pre-clinical projects. -Various omics data analysis (genomics, proteomics) -Development/improvement of LC-MS/MS and NGS data analysis tools. -Hypothesis formulation, mechanism elucidation, and research planning for drug discovery based on omics data.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・バイオインフォマティクス（ゲノミクス・プロテオミクスデータ解析）の研究経験 ・LC-MS/MSやNGSを用いたオミックス実験の経験 ・データ解析パイプラインの構築改良の経験 Desired experience: ・Expertise in bioinformatics, genomics/proteomics data analysis. ・Wet Lab experiense in Omics research, LC-MS and/or NGS experiments. ・Experience of building/improving of data analysis pipeline. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・医学／薬学／工学／生物系のいずれかで修士卒以上で博士号を取得、または相当の実務経験 ・Python, R、等のプログラミングスキル ・疾患や薬剤作用機序理解のための生物学的知識 Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Ph.D. or corresponding expertise with a master's degree in a field of Medicine, Pharmacology, Engineering or Biology. ・Programing skills (Python, R, etc.) ・Biological knowledge for understanding disease and drug's MoA. 求める行動特性： ・好奇心を持ち、真摯に取り組む姿勢 ・スキルのアップデートに前向きに取り組み、課題解決のための自発的な行動する。 ・関連部署との建設的なコミュニケーションへの積極性 Desired competencies: ・Having a curious mind and being sincere with your work. ・Being positive about updating skills and self-active for problem solving. ・Being active and constructive in communication with collegues. 職種の魅力： 発見と創造に直結した仕事です。 Position Features： This opportunity is directly connected with discovery and creation of innovative drugs for global health.  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします To be decided in accordance with our criteria 入社後に裁量労働制の本人同意を確認後、裁量労働制を適用（試用期間中はフレックスタイム制） 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
