創薬におけるバイオロジクス分析研究員 / Research Scientist - Biologics Analysis for Drug Discovery

職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 中外製薬の強みの一つは独自の革新的技術を適用した抗体をはじめとするバイオロジクス研究であり、高品質な医薬品創出のために理化学分析が果たす役割が年々増している。 仕事内容： 新規バイオロジクス開発や新規創薬技術開発におけるタンパク質分析ならびに新規分析技術の確立 Background to recruitment: One of Chugai's strength is a development of biologics (e.g. engineered antibodies) by applying our proprietary technologies and the contribution of physicochemical analyses of drug candidate molecules keep increasing to generate the drug candidates in high quality. Description of work: Protein analysis and establishment of new analytical methods for development of new drug-discovery technologies and biologics   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・タンパク質工学・抗体工学研究ならびにその理化学的分析の経験を5年以上有する。実務経験の場はアカデミアor企業は問わない。 ・タンパク質の安定性や相互作用の理解深耕のために新規分析法の立ち上げや分析手法の改良を実行し成果に繋げた。 Desired experience: ・Has more than 5 years of experience in protein engineering and antibody engineering research as well as its physicochemical analysis.
