職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 新規モダリティを含む医薬品研究開発における非臨床安全性研究機能の強化 仕事内容： ・免疫学と分子細胞生物学の深い知見に基づき，プロジェクトの非臨床安全性研究を推進する。主として各種のin vitroツールを駆使しながら，安全性に関する課題を特定し，解決策の立案・実行を牽引することで，プロジェクト意思決定と画期的な新薬の創出に貢献する。 ・医薬品の安全性とヒト予測性の向上に向け，毒性発現メカニズムの解明，新規in vitro評価モデルの構築，新たなバイオマーカーの探索と検証等の先端研究をリードする。 ・ロシュグループを含む国内外の研究者やビジネスパートナーと連携したグローバルな視点での研究開発を加速させる。 職種の魅力： ・グローバルな視点に触れながら自律的に新しい研究へのチャレンジが可能な環境です。 ・創薬研究段階を中心に幅広いステージでプロジェクトの意思決定とこれまでにない画期的な新薬の創出に貢献できます。 ーーーーーー Background to recruitment: Strengthening non-clinical investigative toxicology capabilities for drug discovery and development including novel modalities Description of work: ・Drive non-clinical safety research for projects by applying deep expertise in immunology and molecular cell biology. Lead the identification of safety concerns and the design and execution of solutions, primarily using in vitro tools to support project decision-making and the creation of innovative medicines. ・Lead toxicological research to enhance drug safety and human predictability, including elucidating toxicity mechanisms, developing novel in vitro evaluation models, and exploring and verifying new biomarkers. ・Accelerate global research and development by collaborating with researchers and business partners including the Roche Group. Position Features： ・You can challenge to novel research autonomously with being exposed to global perspectives. ・You can contribute to the decision-making of projects and the creation of unprecedented innovative new drugs, mainly at the drug discovery research stage.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・大学院修士課程/6年制大学卒業以上で，医学/薬学/生物学研究における博士号を取得，または相当の実務経験 ・免疫学に関連した3年以上の探索研究の経験（医薬品開発研究経験があることが好ましい） ・培養細胞を用いた薬理評価や毒性評価のin vitro評価系構築の実務経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・生物学における実験力・工夫力（細胞培養経験，類例の無い作用機序の薬剤候補分子の評価を行う上での基本的な能力） ・免疫学研究に関する専門的な知識・技術 ・最新の技術情報を収集し、毒性課題解決のアイディアの提案や評価基盤技術を構築・改良できる力 ・高いコミュニケーション力/交渉力（日本語と英語の双方が使えると尚可） ・医薬品研究、ICHのような関連ガイドラインの知識があれば尚可 求める行動特性： ・チームワーク力と主導力がある ・多くの関係者を巻き込みながら課題を解決していこうとする ・他者を助け、共に成長しようとする ・新しい挑戦をいとわない ・前向きである 求める資格： ・理学、獣医、薬学などの修士以上（PhDがあれば尚可） ーーーーー Desired experience： ・A minimum of a master's degree or 6-year university degree in medicine, pharmacy, or biology research, with a doctoral degree or equivalent practical experience. ・At least 3 years of experience in exploratory research in immunology, preferably with experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery and development. ・Hands-on experiences on construction of in vitro assay systems for pharmacology or toxicology research. Desired skills/knowledge/abilities： ・Ability on biological experiments including experiment-modification/alteration ability (Fundamental ability for exerting the evaluation of drug candidates having unprecedented mechanisms of action). ・Specialized knowledge and skills in immunology research. ・Ability to propose new ideas for resolving safety issues and/or establish/improve a research platform with the latest technology information. ・Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills (Language skills of both Japanese and English is preferred). ・Knowledge of drug R&D and relevant guidelines including ICH is preferred.
