職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 臨床開発部門では、革新的な医薬品をいち早く患者さんのもとに届けるため、スピード、効率性、科学性に優れた臨床試験の実現に努めています。 その中でも早期臨床開発では、革新的技術活用、自社データ/リアルワールドデータを利用したこれまで経験のない試験実施のため、予算の立案や会計処理、データ分析もこれまでと同様の手法を取ることができなくなり、検討や改善を重ねています。 また、後期臨床開発では、試験規模の縮小、期間短縮を推進、経理担当を含めた管理部門では特に業務効率化を進めています。当グループでは、開発オペレーション担当部門と協働し、会計基準、社内ルールに則って、予算管理や費用計上を行う人材を求めています。 Background of recruitment: To bring innovative pharmaceuticals to patients as quickly as possible, CDD works to implement clinical trials distinguished by exceptional speed, efficiency and scientific rigor. In the early-stage clinical development, we are utilizing innovative technologies and real-world data (RWD)/ a wealth of data on diseases and treatments that we have accumulated. As we are implementing new methods, it is difficult to apply our current ways of budgeting, accounting process, and data analysis. We are also considering the most appropriate methods and improving. In late-stage development, we are promoting reductions in the size and duration of studies. Administrative sections including budget management team are actively making the processes more efficient. We need human resources who can manage the budget for clinical research portfolios in accordance with the accounting standards and our office procedures in cooperation with clinical study operation teams. 仕事内容 ・臨床試験の予算立案、予算実績管理 ・英文業務委託契約書の経理関連項目レビュー支援 ・予算管理関連業務におけるR&D部門、財務経理部等、関係部門との連携 ・会計系新規システム導入/update時の環境整備、運用管理 ・FMVに基づいた治験費用算定プロセス整備の製薬業界活動 Description of work： ・Budget planning and cost control for clinical studies ・Support for reviewing cost-related items in English contracts ・Cooperation with R&D division and Finance & Accounting department for budget control tasks ・Operation and maintenance of accounting and its related systems for the launch/ update ・Pharmaceutical industry activity for process setup of clinical trial cost calculation based on fair market value   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・3年以上の医療/製薬業界/開発業務受託機関（CRO）での関連業務経験（薬剤開発の流れを理解している） ・3年以上の経理関連業務経験があることが望ましい Desired experience： ・More than three years of experience in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry/ contract research organizations (CRO) (understanding the drug development process) ・It is desirable to have experience of accounting work. 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・社内他部門や社外の様々な立場の関係者と協働するためのコミュニケーション（口頭、メール） ・取引先との英文メールでのコミュニケーション ・英文契約書経理関連事項の理解 ・エクセル（表計算、分析） ・初歩的な会計知識 Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Communication with people in other departments and other companies to work harmoniously (by e-mail or verbally) ・Communication with business partners by English e-mail ・Understanding accounting items of English contracts ・Microsoft Excel (table calculation, analysis) ・Elementary knowledge of accounting 求める行動特性： ・業務を遂行する上でメンバーの貢献を認め、高い成果を出すために献身的に取り組む ・コスト意識を持ち、生産性向上を意識して行動する Desired competencies： ・Spares no efforts for his/her work to achieve the best results while recognizing the contributions made by other team members. ・Is cost-conscious and act with a constant awareness of the need for improving productivity. 求める資格等 TOEIC600点程度の英語力 Desired Qualification： English proficiency equivalent to a score of 600 in the TOEIC 職種の魅力： 臨床開発のオペレーション部門と協働するので、治験薬の作用機序、効果を証明するための検査や評価法、病院やCROとの連携等、臨床試験について広く学ぶことができます。また、財務/経理のプロフェッショナルの財務経理部と連携することで、税務や監査についての知識を習得することが可能です。臨床開発オペレーション部門や財務経理部等コーポレート部門とは対等の立場でお互いを尊重して業務を遂行しています。開発費用データを分析することで、改善や変更の提案が可能、当社が保有する開発品ポートフォリオ全体を管理するやりがいを感じることができます。 私たちのチームが予算管理の面で臨床試験をリードすることが、患者さんへ新薬やソリューションを早く、多く届けることにつながっています。 Position Features： We can learn more about drug development, such as the mode of action of study drugs, test items, evaluation methods, cooperation with healthcare facilities and CRO as we collaborate with the operational department in CDD. It is also possible to acquire knowledge about tax and audit, through working together with the personnel in Finance & Accounting department. We are carrying out our tasks on an equal footing with colleagues in other departments in harmony and respect. We can provide suggestions of improvements and changes and find our tasks rewarding of managing all clinical development portfolios we have, through analyzing the expense data. Our team is taking initiative and controlling the budget for clinical trials.
