職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： ERP（基幹業務システム）刷新プロジェクト活動の本格化に伴う体制強化 Background to Recruitment： Reinforcement for ERP renewal activities 仕事内容： サプライチェーン計画領域、物流管理領域のアプリケーション管理の専門家としてERP刷新プロジェクトに参画し、ビジネス部門メンバーとともに同領域機能のFit/Gap分析、要件定義、開発、テスト、データ移行などの活動を推進する。 ERP刷新はグローバルテンプレートのグループ会社展開という形式で実施されるため、展開先グループ会社のIT担当メンバーの立場からサプライチェーン計画領域、物流管理領域のグローバルテンプレート導入活動を主導する。 Description of Work： Participate in the ERP renewal project as an application management expert in Supply Chain Planning area and Logistics Management area, and work with business department members to promote activities such as Fit/Gap analysis, requirement definition, development, testing, and data migration. Lead the global template deployment activities in Supply Chain Planning area and Logistics Management area from the standpoint of the IT responsible members of the deploying group companies since the ERP renewal will be implemented in the form of a global template deployment to group companies.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・SAP APO DP/SNPモジュールの導入経験（チームリード以上の経験：1件以上） ・SAP APO DP/SNPモジュールの運用経験（1年以上） 　*APO : SAP社SCM製品 Advanced Planning and Optimization 　*DP : Demand Planning (需要計画) 　*SNP : Supply Network Planning (需給連鎖計画) ・SAP ERP PP-MRPモジュールの導入経験（チームリード以上の経験：1件以上） 　*PP : Production Planning and Control (生産計画/管理) 　*MRP : Material Requrement Planning (資材所要量計画) ・SAP ERP MM-在庫管理モジュールの導入経験ないし運用保守経験 　*MM : Material Management (購買管理/在庫管理) ・海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験 Desired experience： ・Experience in implementing SAP APO DP/SNP module project (Experience as a team lead or higher: at least 1 project) ・Experience in operation and maintenance of the SAP APO DP/SNP module (for more than 1 year) 　*APO : SAP SCM Advanced Planning and Optimization 　*DP : Demand Planning 　*SNP : Supply Network Planning ・Experience in implementing SAP ERP PP-MRP module project (Experience as a team lead or higher: at least 1 project) 　*PP : Production Planning and Control 　*MRP : Material Requrement Planning ・Experience in implementing SAP ERP MM module or operation and maintenance experience 　*MM : Material Management ・Collaboration experience with oversea affiliates and partner companies 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・SAP APO DP/SNPモジュールの機能知識、導入ノウハウ ・SAP ERP PP-MRPモジュールの機能知識、導入ノウハウ ・SAP ERP MM-在庫管理モジュールの機能知識 ・製造業の販売計画/需給計画/生産計画/製造工程スケジューリング/物流管理領域の業務知識 ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（会議、メール） ・PMBOK等プロジェクトマネジメントの基本知識 Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Functional knowledge and implementation know-how of SAP APO DP/SNP module ・Functional knowledge and implementation know-how of SAP ERP PP-MRP module ・Functional knowledge of SAP ERP MM module ・Business knowledge in the areas of sales planning, supply and demand planning, production planning, manufacturing process scheduling, and logistics management for the manufacturing industry ・Fluency in English for meeting & email communication ・Basic knowledge of project management e.g. PMBOK 求める行動特性： ・ERPに関する深い専門知識・経験をもとに、自立した社内専門家として、ビジネス部門メンバー、IT部門メンバー、外部コンサルタントメンバーと能動的に連携し、自身の担当領域のERP導入プロジェクト活動をリードして進めることができる ・プロジェクトを推進するために必要な情報を、海外のグローバルテンプレート導入組織、社外専門家から積極的に収集・整理し、関係者と調整して自社の活動方針を打ち出せる Desired Competencies： ・Based on the deep expertise and experience in ERP, act as an independent internal expert, proactively collaborating with business department members, IT department members, and external consultant members, and lead the ERP implementation project activities in own area of responsibility ・Proactively collect and organize the necessary information for advancing the project from global template implementation organizations overseas and external experts, and coordinate with stakeholders to establish our company's activity policies 必須資格： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・TOEIC700点以上 Desired Qualifications： ・Bachelor's degree or higher ・TOEIC score 700+ 職種の魅力： ロシュ社や中外関係会社と連携したグローバルな環境下で将来の基幹業務を支えるプラットフォーム構築を推進できる。 Position Features： You can facilitate the creation of our future business platform in a global environment closely working with Roche and oversea affiliates  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 勤務時間： フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
