職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： ERP（基幹業務システム）刷新プロジェクト活動の本格化に伴う体制強化 Background to Recruitment： Reinforcement for ERP renewal activities 仕事内容： ERP導入プロジェクトのプロジェクト管理経験、ERPのデータ/テスト/運用設計手法に関する深い理解をもとに、ERP刷新プロジェクトで実施されるマスタデータ管理設計/データ移行/テスト/運用設計などの全ビジネス領域（購買、生産、販売、会計 など）横断的な活動推進を統括管理者としてリードする。 ERP刷新はグローバルテンプレートのグループ会社展開という形式で実施されるため、展開先グループ会社のIT領域のプロジェクト管理担当者の立場からグローバルテンプレート導入活動を主導する。 Description of Work： Based on experience in project management of ERP implementation projects and a deep understanding of ERP data/test/operation design methods, lead as a comprehensive manager in promoting cross-business activities such as master data management design, data migration, testing, and operational design that are implemented in ERP renewal projects, across all business areas (such as purchasing, production, sales, accounting, etc.). Lead the global template deployment activities from the standpoint of the project manager in the IT area of the deploying group companies since the ERP renewal will be implemented in the form of a global template deployment to group companies.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ＜必須要件＞ ・SAP ERP の会計モジュール（FI/CO）またはサプライチェーンモジュール（SD/MM/PP）の導入プロジェクトのチームリード経験（2件以上） ・SAP ERP導入プロジェクトのIT側のプロジェクトマネージャーないし会計領域 or サプライチェーン領域の統括リード経験（1件以上） ・SAP ERP導入プロジェクトのマスタデータ管理設計/データ移行/テスト/運用設計に関する幅広い経験 ・海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験" ＜歓迎要件＞ ・大規模プロジェクトで多くの外部ベンダー企業のIT技術者・ITコンサルタントと契約し、ベンダー管理を行いながらプロジェクト業務を遂行した経験 Desired experience： ＜Required＞ ・Experience as a team lead in the implementation projects of the SAP ERP accounting module (FI/CO) or supply chain module (SD/MM/PP) (at least 2 projects) ・Experience as an IT project manager or overall lead in the accounting or supply chain area in SAP ERP implementation projects (at least 1 project) ・Broad experience in master data management design, data migration, testing, and operational design in SAP ERP implementation projects ・Collaboration experience with oversea affiliates and partner companies ＜Preferred＞ ・Experience in executing project tasks while managing vendors, contracting with many IT engineers and IT consultants from external vendor companies in large-scale projects 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・製造業基幹業務プロセスのサプライチェーン領域、会計領域にまたがる幅広い業務知識 ・SAP ERP導入プロジェクトのマスタデータ管理設計/データ移行/テスト/運用設計の方法論に関する知識 ・SAP ERPの導入プロジェクト方法論に関する知識、スキル ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（メール、会議） ・PMBOK等プロジェクトマネジメントの基本知識 Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Broad business knowledge spanning the supply chain and accounting areas of the core business processes in the manufacturing industry ・Knowledge of methodologies for master data management design, data migration, testing, and operational design in SAP ERP implementation projects ・Knowledge and skills related to implementation　project methodologies for SAP ERP ・Fluency in English for meeting & email communication ・Basic knowledge of project management e.g. PMBOK 求める行動特性： ・ERPに関する深い専門知識・経験をもとに、自立した社内専門家として、ビジネス部門メンバー、IT部門メンバー、外部コンサルタントメンバーと能動的に連携し、ERP導入プロジェクトの複数ビジネス領域横断的な活動をリードして進めることができる ・プロジェクトを推進するために必要な情報を、海外のグローバルテンプレート導入組織、社外専門家から積極的に収集・整理し、関係者と調整して自社の活動方針を打ち出せる Desired Competencies： ・Based on the deep expertise and experience in ERP, act as an independent internal expert, proactively collaborating with business department members, IT department members, and external consultant members, and lead and advance common activities across multiple business areas in ERP implementation project ・Proactively collect and organize the necessary information for advancing the project from global template implementation organizations overseas and external experts, and coordinate with stakeholders to establish our company's activity policies 必須資格： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・TOEIC700点以上 Desired Qualifications： ・Bachelor's degree or higher ・TOEIC score 700+ 職種の魅力： ロシュ社や中外関係会社と連携したグローバルな環境下で将来の基幹業務を支えるプラットフォーム構築を推進できる。 Position Features： You can facilitate the creation of our future business platform in a global environment closely working with Roche and oversea affiliates  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 勤務時間： フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
