職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景 治験薬SCMシステムの刷新プロジェクト推進に向けた体制強化 Background to Recruitment： Necessity for promoting the renewal project of the clinical trial drug SCM system. 仕事内容 ・本社のIT部門に所属 ・全社的なビジネスプロセス改革プロジェクトのひとつである、治験薬SCMプロジェクトを推進。臨床開発本部、製薬/生産技術本部、財務経理部と協業し、Roche社から提供されるToBeのアーキテクチャ、システムテンプレート（S/4HANA+SAP BTP中心）を評価し、AsIsの治験薬サプライチェーン管理機能の新アーキテクチャをRocheと検討 ・システムスコープ確定後は、テンプレート機能のFit/Gap分析、中外固有要件定義、Rocheと連携した開発、テスト、データ移行などのPJ活動をローカルアフィリエイトのITリード立場から主導 Description of Work： ・Belong to the IT department at our headquarters ・Proceed the Clinical Trial Medicine SCM Project, which is one of the company-wide business process reform projects. Collaborating with the Clinical Development Department, Pharmaceutical/Production Technology Department, and Financial Accounting Department, evaluate the ToBe architecture and system template (centered on S/4HANA+SAP BTP) provided by Roche, and discuss the new architecture of the AsIs clinical trial medicine supply chain management function with Roche. ・After confirming the system scope, lead the project activities such as Fit/Gap analysis of the template function, definition of unique requirements for Chugai, development in collaboration with Roche, testing, data migration, etc. from the IT lead position of the local affiliate.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ＜必須要件＞ ・製造業サプライチェーン領域一連の業務プロセスの業務知識（購買/在庫/生産/物流/販売管理） ・社内SE/コンサルタントとして顧客ビジネス部門課題を分析/改善策立案/実行推進を担当した経験 ・ユーザー企業のIT部門/システム利用者、外部ベンダーなど多様なステークホルダー参加のもと、プロジェクトを遂行した経験 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・製薬業界臨床領域の業務アプリケーションの開発経験 ・サプライチェーン管理業務アプリケーションの導入/展開プロジェクト経験（チームリード以上の経験）、運用保守経験 Desired experience： ＜Required＞ ・Business knowledge of the entire process in the manufacturing industry supply chain area (purchasing/inventory/production/logistics/sales management) ・Experience in analyzing problems in the customer's business department, devising/implementing improvement measures as an in-house system engineer/consultant ・Experience in executing projects with the participation of various stakeholders such as the IT department/system users of user companies and external vendors. ＜Preferred＞ ・Experience in developing business applications in the clinical field of the pharmaceutical industry ・Experience in implementation/deployment projects of supply chain management business applications (experience as a team lead or above), and experience in operation and maintenance. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・ビジネスで意思疎通ができる英語力（メール、会議; TOEIC700点以上） ・SAPのサプライチェーン全体の物流在庫管理 Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・English skills for business communication ・Management of the entire supply chain logistics inventory of SAP 求める行動特性 ・本質的なビジネスニーズを引き出すコミュニケーション ・当事者意識を持って、業務遂行する ・俯瞰的な視野を持ち、全体最適なソリューションを選定・提案する Desired Competencies： ・Identify essential business needs through communication with business ・Perform business with a sense of ownership ・Have a bird's-eye view, being able to select and propose the overall best solution 必須資格(TOEICを含む） ・四年制大学、大学院卒以上 ・TOEIC700点以上 Desired Qualifications： ・Academic qualifications of a bachelor’s degree or higher ・TOEIC score 700+ 職種の魅力 ＩＴソリューションの導入を通して、幅広い業務知識／ＩＴスキルを習得できる。また、グローバルメガファーマであるロシュとの連携機会もあり、グローバルな環境で働く機会もある。 Position Features： You can acquire a wide range of business knowledge / IT skills through the introduction of IT solutions.
