職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 創薬研究推進を目的として、社内外研究データを有効活用し価値最大化につなげる社内向け研究デジタルIT基盤を構築するため Background to recruitment: To build digital IT infrastructure for internal research use that effectively utilizes internal and external research data to maximize value for the purpose of promoting drug discovery research. 仕事内容： オミックスデータ(ゲノム・プロテオーム）を含む社内創薬研究向けデータベースやデータ解析用アプリケーション等のシステム開発業務 Description of work: System development activities such as omics (genome/proteome) databases for internal drug discovery research, and data analysis applications  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・Webアプリケーションの要件定義と開発の実務経験(２年以上) ・プログラミング(Python, R等)、データベース化に関する実務経験 ・バイオインフォマティクスや生物学の知識や実務経験 Desired experience: ・Practical experience in definition of requirements and development of web applications (2 years or more) ・Practical experience of programming (Python, R, etc.) and database creation ・Knowledge and practical experience of bioinformatics and biology 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・SQL等のデータベース操作のスキル ・AWS等のクラウド技術知識・活用の実務経験 Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Skills for database operations such as SQL ・Practical experience with knowledge and utilization of cloud technology such as AWS 求める行動特性： ・情熱と好奇心を持ってデジタル活動に取り組めること ・課題解決に必要な関連技術の情報収集に前向きであること ・周囲と友好的な協力関係を築きコミュニケーションに積極的であること Desired competencies: ・Be passionate and curious about digital activities ・Be willing to collect information on relevant technologies required to solve problems ・Be establishing a friendly cooperative relationship with those around you and be proactive in communication  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働契約は、毎年1月に更新し、更新は4回までとします。（労働期間は最長5年まで） なお、労働契約期間中に条件を満たした方に対し正社員への転採用の制度がございます。 The labor contract shall be renewed in January of each year and may be renewed up to 4 times. (The maximum working period is 5 years.)
