職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 環境保全活動はすべての事業活動を支える重要な基盤であり、長期的視点で環境リスクや将来コストの低減のみならず、環境にやさしい製品・サービスの提供する企業風土構築にもつながるため、企業価値向上に大きく貢献する活動と考えています。当社の成長戦略「TOP I 2030」においては、成長戦略実現に向けた5つの改革の1つ「成長基盤」の課題として「地球環境対策の実行」を掲げ、中期環境目標2030」を設定し、ロシュや外部パートナーとの連携による革新的な地球環境保全活動とエビデンスに基づく能動的な情報開示により、環境課題の解決をリードする世界のロールモデルを目指しています。また、化学物質管理の規制は、従業員の安全を守ることが主目的でした が、環境保全という視点で欧州を中心に規制が強化されてきており、その流れはグローバルに拡がっていくことが想定されており、地球環境保全活動そして化学物質管理の推進を担って頂ける方を募集します。 Background of recruitment： Environmental protection activities are an important foundation that underpins all of our business activities. We think taht we also contribute to establish a corporate culture of providing environmentally friendly products and services, in addition to reducing environmental risk and future costs from a long-term perspective. We therefore consider these activities to make a significant contribution to increasing corporate value. TOP I 2030, our company's growth strategy, sets forth "implementation of global environmental measures" as an issue on the foundation for growth, one of five reforms aimed at realizing the growth strategy, and sets mid-term environmental goals for 2030. We aim to be a global role model that leads the way in resolving environmental issues through innovative global environmental conservation activities and active evidence-based information disclosure in cooperation with Roche and external partners. In addition, although the main purpose of regulations for chemical substance management was to protect the safety of employees, regulations have been strengthened mainly in Europe from the viewpoint of environmental protection, and the poricy is expected to spread globally. Therefore, we will recruit persons who can be responsible for global environmental protection activities and promotion of chemical substance management. 職務内容： ・中外製薬グループの環境保全活動の中期計画の策定 ・中期計画の達成に向けた単年度計画のPDCAサイクル推進（環境マネジメントシステムの推進） ・グローバルの法令動向を踏まえた化学物質取扱管理の推進 ・化学物質に関するSDS作成・管理および事業所における化学物質の取扱いに関するリスクアセスメントの支援 ・環境保全対策および化学物質の取扱いや管理状況に関する社内・取引先の監査 Description of work： ・Formulation of the Chugai Pharmaceutical Group's Medium-Term Environmental Conservation Plan ・Promote the PDCA cycle for the single-year plan to achieve the mid-term plan (promote the environmental management system) ・Promotion of chemical substance handling management based on trends in global laws and regulations ・Creation and management of SDS for chemical substances and support for risk assessment related to handling of chemical substances at sites ・Audits of internal and business partners on environmental protection measures and handling and management of chemical substances ・Planning and deployment of new plans based on the data of environmental conservation actvities.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・環境保全に関するデータに基づいた新規企画の立案・展開 ・環境マネジメントシステムの推進 ・環境マネジメントシステムに関する監査（3年以上） ・化学物質の安全データシート（SDS）の作成・封じ込めや保護具対策に関する指導 ・化学物質の取扱いに関するリスクアセスメントの実務経験 ・化学反応を用いた開発研究や製造工程のプロセス検討の実務経験 　尚可：化学物質管理に係わる委員会などの委員 Desired experience： ・Planning and deployment of new plans based on the data of environmental conservation actvities ・Promotion of environmental management systems ・Work experience of internal audits or business partners audits for environmental management system (3 years or longer) ・Members of committees related to chemical substance management ・Creation of chemical substance safety data sheet (SDS) and coaching on containment and protective equipment measures ・Work experience of risk assessment for handling chemical substances ・Work experience in research development using chemical reactions and examination of manufacturing processes. 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・環境保全活動に関する世界的な法規制や動向に関する専門的知識と調査・分析力 ・化学物質管理に関する世界的な法規制や動向に関する専門的知識と調査・分析力 ・多様なステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、プロジェクトを推進する力 ・海外の従業員・関係者とコミュニケーションできる英語レベルがある（テレカン、業務打合せ、出張） Desired skills/knowledge/abilities： ・"Expert knowledge", "research and analysis skill" of global laws, regulations, and trends related to environmental conservation activities ・"Expert knowledge", "research and analysis skill" of global regulations and trends in chemical substance management ・Driving force to promote projects involving diverse stakeholders ・English skill: to communicate with overseas employees and stakeholders (teleconferences, business meetings, business trips) 求める行動特性： ・多くの人との対面コミュニケーションに抵抗がなく、誠実で好印象を与える言動をとることができる ・人や組織・同僚の成長を支援していくことを自然に行える ・複雑な課題に対して、自ら「なぜ」を問い、広い視点を持って情報分析し、課題を深く掘り下げて本質をつかみ、解決に向けた戦略を立案し、実行できる ・時間的制約がある中で量・質ともに高いアウトプットを求められる状況下でも責任をもち、業務を戦略的・迅速・真摯に遂行できる Desired competencies： ・You are able to act sincerely and impressively without feeling uncomfortable in face-to-face communication with many people. ・You are able to support the growth of people, organizations, and colleagues naturally. ・You are able to formulate and conduct strategies asking "why" autonomously, analyze information from different points of view, delve deeply into issues to grasp the essence, as for complex issues. ・You are able to take responsibility and perform tasks strategically, quickly, and diligently even in situations where high quality and quantity output is required under time constraints 求める資格： ・ISO140001に関する内部監査委員あるいは審査員資格（IRCAなどの認定） ・危険物取扱者　甲種 　尚可：第一種衛生管理者 ・CEFR B2以上 Desired Qualification： ・License of internal auditors or auditors for ISO140001 (certification by IRCA, etc.) ・Hazardous materials engineer's license: Class A 　Health officer's license: Class 1 ・CEFR>=B2 職種の魅力： 研究開発から生産・営業そしてビジネス部門の関係者や多様な社外関係者（PSCI・日薬連・製薬協など）と連携しながら、環境保全活動および化学物質管理の推進を通じて、製品およびサービスの価値最大化に貢献することができます。化学物質管理は従業員の安全に関わる事項から人事部の安全衛生担当チームと連携して進めていきます。また、パートナーであるロシュグループとの協働を通じてグローバルの知見を得ながら、先進的な取り組みに挑戦することができます。 Position Features： Through promotion of environmental conservation activities and chemical substance management, we can contribute to maximizing the value of products and services in cooperation with various parties outside the Company (PSCI, FPMAJ, JPMA, etc.), from research and development through production, sales, and the business divisions. Management of chemical substances will be carried out in cooperation with the Safety and Health Team of the Human Resources Department, since it concerns the safety of employees.
