職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 中外製薬では製薬業界のトップイノベーターとなるため、DXをキードライバーとした改革を行っており、その一環としてアジャイル内製開発組織を設立しています。内製要員として社内の各本部の様々なDX案件に参画し、アプリケーション開発を迅速に行う為に、専門性が高く、高いスキルを持つ人財を募集します。 仕事内容： プラットフォームエンジニアとして、AWSやGoogle Cloudなどのクラウドプラットフォーム上で、以下の業務を担当していただきます。 ・モバイルデバイス、スマートフォン、IoTなどの要素技術を活用したソフトウェア・アプリケーションの開発 ・アジャイルアプリケーション開発に必要な開発/実行環境の設計、構築、運用・監視 ・ミドルウェア、API、マイクロサービス、アプリケーションに関する高度な分析と対策 ・データ利活用プラットフォームの構築 プラットフォームエンジニアとしての経験を積んでいく中で、アプリケーション開発に関する見識や技術ノウハウに応じて、様々な役割をお任せする予定です。クラウドプラットフォーム上でのアプリケーション開発・運用とデータ利活用基盤の構築の中核を担っていただくことになります。 Background to appointment: At Chugai Pharmaceutical, we are driving digital transformation (DX) as a key catalyst to become a top innovator in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of this initiative, we have established an in-house agile development organization. We are seeking highly skilled professionals with expertise to join our team as in-house personnel. In this role, you will participate in various DX projects across the company's divisions and rapidly develop applications to drive innovation. Description of work: As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks on cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud: ・Developing software and applications utilizing technologies for mobile devices, smartphones, IoT, etc. ・Designing, building, operating, and monitoring development/runtime environments required for agile application development. ・Advanced analysis and countermeasures for middleware, APIs, microservices, and applications. ・Building data utilization platforms. As you gain experience as a Platform Engineer, you will be entrusted with various roles based on your insights and technical expertise in application development. You will play a central role in application development, operation on cloud platforms, and building data utilization platforms.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： 【必須要件】 1. データ基盤の設計、構築、管理経験と、その利用の推進に関する実績。 2. AIサービスの設計、開発経験。 3. クラウドサービス（AWS、Google Cloud、Azureなど）を用いたサービスの設計、構築経験。 4. アプリケーションの設計経験、特にシステムアーキテクチャ、マイクロサービス、API設計。 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・製薬業界やヘルスケア領域でのサービス開発経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： 1. クラウドインフラストラクチャサービス（AWS、Google Cloud、Azureなど）に関する深い理解。 2. システムアーキテクチャ、マイクロサービス、API設計等のアプリケーション設計のスキル。 3. AIサービスの設計と開発に関する知識。 4. Docker、Kubernetesなどのコンテナ化技術の知識。 5. Experience in designing, building, and managing data infrastructure, with a proven track record in promoting its use. 2. Experience in designing and developing AI services. 3. Experience in designing and building services using cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.). 4. Experience in application design, particularly in system architecture, microservices, API design. [Preferred requirements] Experience in system development within the pharmaceutical industry Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: 1. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.). 2. Skills in application design, such as system architecture, microservices, API design. 3. Knowledge in designing and developing AI services. 4. Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes. 5. Skills in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions CircleCI, etc.). 6. Knowledge of scripting languages (Terraform, Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and system administration. 7. Business communication skills in Japanese. (JLPT N1) Desired competencies: ・Leadership that promotes planning while involving stakeholders from inside and outside the coountry and inside and outside the company ・Excellent communication skills to explain technical knowledge in layman’s terms. ・Eagerness for continuous learning to quickly adapt to new technologies or trends.
