職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 中外製薬では、製薬業界のトップイノベーターとなるために、DXを主要な推進力として改革を進めています。その一環として、社内にアジャイル開発組織を設立し、高度な専門知識を持つ人材を内製要員として迎え入れ、イノベーションを加速させたいと考えています。UXアーキテクトとして、社内の様々な部門のDXプロジェクトに参画し、ユーザーの要望に沿いつつ、UX面での評価を定量的に行いながら、真に価値あるプロダクトを迅速に開発していただきます。 仕事内容： UXアーキテクトとして、会社の経営方針と現場や社会における課題に対してユーザー視点でのソリューションの企画およびプロダクト開発時のオーナーとして以下の業務に従事していただきます。 ・生成AIを活用したアプリケーションのUX設計 ・ユーザー要望のヒアリングと要件定義 ・プロトタイプ作成とユーザビリティテスト ・定量的なUX評価指標の設定と分析 ・アジャイル開発でのプロダクトオーナーシップ UXアーキテクトとしての経験を積んでいく中で、ユーザーとの共創から得られた知見やプロダクトオーナーとしての経験に応じて、様々な役割をお任せする予定です。アジャイル開発における企画や価値の提供、および人財・組織開発の中核を担っていただくことになります。 Background to appointment: At Chugai Pharmaceutical, we are driving a transformation with DX as the key catalyst to become the top innovator in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of this initiative, we have established an in-house agile development organization and seek to bring in highly skilled professionals with expertise as in-house personnel to accelerate innovation. As a UX Architect, you will participate in various DX projects across the company's divisions, rapidly developing truly valuable products while quantitatively evaluating the user experience in line with user requirements. Description of work: As a UX Architect, you will be engaged in the following tasks as a planner of user-centric solutions and a product owner during development, addressing the company's management policies and challenges in the field and society. UX design for applications utilizing generative AI User requirement gathering and definition Prototype creation and usability testing Setting and analyzing quantitative UX evaluation metrics Product ownership in agile development As you gain experience as a UX Architect, we plan to assign you various roles based on insights gained from co-creation with users and your experience as a product owner. Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a Service Designer/UX Designer 2. Experience in agile development [Preferred requirements] Experience in service development in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare domain Experience as a Product Owner Experience as a Scrum Master Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: 1. Knowledge and practical skills in UX design 2. Ability to conduct user research and define requirements 3. Wireframing and prototyping skills 4. Ability to plan and conduct usability tests 5. Data analysis skills and ability to set KPIs 6. Understanding of agile development processes 7. Knowledge of product management 8. Business communication skills in Japanese.
