職務内容／Job duties ■募集背景 中外製薬では、製薬業界のトップイノベーターとなるために、DXを主要な推進力として改革を進めています。その一環として、社内にアジャイル開発組織を設立し、高度な専門知識を持つ人材を内製要員として迎え入れ、イノベーションを加速させたいと考えています。スクラムマスターとして、UXデザイナーとプロダクトオーナーを支援し、複数のアジャイルチームが品質を保ちながら効果的に機能するようサポートしていただきます。 ■仕事内容 スクラムマスターとして、会社の経営方針と現場や社会における課題に対して開発するプロダクトのアジャイル開発を円滑に品質を保ちながらチームを支え成長させるために以下の業務に従事していただきます。 ・アジャイルチームのコーチングとサポート ・スクラムイベント（スプリントプランニング、デイリースクラム、スプリントレビュー、スプリントレトロスペクティブ）のファシリテーション ・チームの障害を取り除き、効率的に作業が進むようにする ・チームのパフォーマンスを向上させるための継続的な改善活動の推進 ・プロダクトオーナーと協力してバックログの管理と優先順位付けをサポート ・チームのメンバー間のコミュニケーションとコラボレーションを促進 ・アジャイル開発のベストプラクティスとプロセスの導入と維持 ・チームの進捗状況を定量的に評価し、報告 スクラムマスターとしての経験を積んでいく中で、プロダクトを通して得られた知見や経験に応じて、様々な役割をお任せする予定です。アジャイル開発における企画や価値の提供、および人財・組織開発の中核を担っていただくことになります。 ■職種の魅力 中外製薬のアジャイル内製開発組織では、一人ひとりが自身のスキルと情熱を活かし、医療の未来を創り上げています。私たちはDX銘柄として認定されており、テクノロジーを駆使して世界中の患者さんの生活の質を向上させることに力を注いでいます。 本ポジションでは、UXデザイナーとプロダクトオーナーと協力しながら、複数のアジャイルチームの効果的な運営をサポートし、イノベーションを加速させることができます。当社の内製開発チームはクラウドファーストでかつ常に新しい技術を取り込みながら開発を行っているため、様々な技術に触れていけることも魅力です。Rocheとの協業によるグローバルに適用する人財への成長を目指すことも可能です。 テクノロジーによって医療を変革し、世界中の患者さんの生活を向上させる熱意と共に、私たちと一緒に新たな価値を創造しましょう。 ----- ■Why we are looking for Scrum Master To become a top innovator in the pharmaceutical industry, we are promoting reforms with DX as a major driving force. As part of this effort, we want to accelerate innovation by establishing an agile development organization within the company and bringing in highly specialized talent as in-house personnel. As a Scrum Master, you will support UX designers and product owners to ensure that multiple agile teams work effectively while maintaining quality. ■Responsibilities As a Scrum Master, you will be engaged in the following tasks to smoothly support and grow the team while maintaining quality in the agile development of products that address the company's management policies and challenges in the field and society. ・Coaching and supporting agile teams ・Facilitating Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) ・Removing team impediments and ensuring efficient workflow ・Promoting continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance ・Supporting Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the backlog ・Fostering communication and collaboration among team members ・Implementing and maintaining agile development best practices and processes ・Quantitatively evaluating and reporting team progress As you gain experience as a Scrum Master, we plan to assign you various roles based on insights and experience gained through the products. Deep understanding of the agile development process 2. Knowledge of the Scrum framework and practical skills 3. Team coaching and facilitation skills 4. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills 5. Effective communication skills 6. Knowledge of product management 7. Data analysis and KPI setting skills 8.
