包装設計研究者 / Package design researcher

職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 従来の包装では「使いづらい・使えない」患者さんにも使えるよう新規の包装形態を設計開発したい。新たな機能性包装材料も開発したい。デジタル技術を活用し包装開発業務を効率化させたい。商用生産にむけてはCMOに技術移転を行うが、新規包装の場合はその難度が高い。これらを実行していくため、包装設計の経験をもち、デジタル技術活用の経験を有する研究者を募集する。 仕事内容： ・患者特性から顧客ニーズを特定し、新たな機能を有する包装コンセプトを提案し、開発する。 ・機能性を有する新規包材開発のための包材物性評価および包装試作検討を行う。 ・社内関係部署及び外製先との円滑なコミュニケーションにより業務推進をリードし、CMOへの技術移転並びに商用包装ラインの立ち上げを行う Background to recruitment: We want to develop a new type packaging that can be used by patients who are “difficult to use or cannot use ” with the current packaging technology. We also want to use digital technology to improve efficiency of packaging study. To implement these, we are recruiting researchers who have experience in packaging design and use of digital technology. Job duties : To develop a new packaging material with functional properties, we evaluate the physicochemical properties of the packaging material and manufacturability. ・To develop a new packaging material with functional properties, we conduct the physicochemical properties evalution of the packaging material and the prototype packaging study. ・To Lead business promotion by smooth communication with in-house related departments and external suppliers.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・医薬品の包装設計業務や包装材料開発業務で5年以上の経験 ・CMOへの技術移転および生産ラインの立ち上げ 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・包装材料物性の評価技術に関する知識 ・社内外の関係者と英語で協業できるコミュニケーションスキル ・包装デザイン検討を行うためのラボスケール試作のスキル（尚良し） 期待役割： ・顧客ニーズに基づき新規包装形態のコンセプトを提案し、包装開発をリードする ・社内外の関係者と協力関係を構築し、CMO技術移転を行う 必須資格： 修士卒以上（異業種歓迎）、TOEIC730点以上 職種の魅力： 世に無い新しい包装形態や材料を開発する機会があり、自身のスキルや知識や創造力を活かして、製品を高付加価値化し、患者さんに届けることができる。 Desired experience : ・5 years or more of experience in packaging design work and packaging material development work for drugs. ・Experience of technology transfer to CMO and establishment of production lines. Desired skills/knowledge/abilities : ・Knowledge of evaluating physical properties of packaging material ・Communication skills that allow collaboration in English with relevant persons inside and outside the company. ・Skill of manufacturing prototype at lab scale for packaging design (preferred condition) Desired competencies : ・Concept and proposal of new packaging form based on customer needs ・Build cooperative relations with related parties inside and outside the company and lead packaging operation activities Requirement： Master's degree or higher (welcome in different industries), TOEIC score of 730 or higher Position features : Opportunities to develop new packaging forms and materials that are not available in the world.
