職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： PHCソリューションの国内外ビジネスモデル構築のため 仕事内容： ・医療ニーズ及び科学的視点を基にしたPHCソリューションの企画・立案 ・PHCソリューションのビジネスデザイン、戦略の企画・実行 ・米国における医療機器(プログラム医療機器)の開発・上市戦略の推進 職種の魅力： 製薬会社の安定した基盤の中で、医薬品価値最大化への貢献及び医療システムへの貢献を可能とする革新的なPHCソリューションを提供することで、最適な医療をグローバルに実現することが可能な部門となります。 ---- Background to appointment: For the purpose of building domestic and global business models for PHC solutions You will: ・Planning and proposal of PHC solutions based on medical needs and scientific perspectives ・Business design, strategic planning, and execution of PHC solutions ・Driving development and commercialization strategies for medical devices (including Software as a Medical Device: SaMD) in the United States Position Features: ・This department aims to globally realize optimal healthcare by providing innovative PHC solutions that contribute to maximizing the value of pharmaceuticals and enhancing healthcare systems, leveraging the stable foundation of a pharmaceutical company.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・医療機器(プログラム医療機器含む)における製品企画/開発/上市の経験3年以上（海外医療機器製品開発/上市経験があれば、尚良し） ・米国赴任経験、海外企業との協働（それに準じる経験があれば可） 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・国内外医療機器（プログラム医療機器）の開発プロセス（規制適合含む）の知識と経験を有し、プロジェクトをリードできる ・医療ニーズ及び科学的視点から、それに応えるソリューション企画できる ・技術的な側面とマネタイズや差別化を考慮した事業的な側面の両方を考慮したビジネスデザインができる（米国での経験があれば歓迎） 求める行動特性： ・国内外の社外エキスパートや社内（ロシュ含む）の関連部署の担当者と効果的にコミュニケーションしようとする ・困難な状況に置かれても、自らモチベーションを高めて、パッションを持って業務に取り組む ・新しいことに好奇心を持って、吸収しようとする 必須資格(TOEICを含む）： TOEIC 700点以上 ---- Required Qualifications: ・At least 3 years of experience in product planning, development, and commercialization of medical devices (including Software as a Medical Device, SaMD) (Experience in overseas medical device development /commercialization is preferred) ・Experience working in the United States and collaborating with overseas companies Preferred Knowledge and Skills : ・Possesses knowledge and experience in domestic and international medical device (including SaMD) development processes, including regulatory compliance, and can lead projects ・Ability to plan solutions based on medical needs and scientific perspectives ・Capability to design business models considering both technical aspects and business aspects such as monetization and differentiation (Experience in the U.S. market is a plus) Desired competencies: ・Proactively communicates with external experts (domestic and international) and internal stakeholders, including Roche-related departments ・Maintains motivation and demonstrates passion even in challenging situations ・Shows curiosity and a strong willingness to learn new things Desired Qualification： TOEIC ≧700 points  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria. 勤務時間：フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
