職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： ERP（基幹業務システム）刷新活動の本格化に伴う体制強化 仕事内容： ERP刷新プロジェクトに参画し、SAP ERPの会計領域のIT担当として、ビジネス部門メンバーとともにERPグローバルテンプレートの当社への導入活動を推進する（Fit/Gap分析、要件定義、開発、テスト、データ移行など） Background to recruitment: Reinforcement for ERP renewal activities Description of work: Participate in the ERP renewal project as the IT lead for the finance area of SAP ERP, and promote the implementation of the ERP global template into our company in collaboration with business members (Fit/Gap analysis, requirements definition, development, testing, data migration, etc.)   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ＜必須要件＞ ・システム開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーあるいはリーダー経験 ・SAP ERP-FI（財務会計）モジュールの以下サブモジュール機能の導入経験あるいは運用保守経験 　 - AA（固定資産管理） 　 - GL（総勘定元帳） ・SAP ERPと周辺システムとのインタフェース開発経験あるいは運用保守経験 ・海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・SAP ERPの連結決算関連ソリューションの導入経験あるいは運用保守経験 ・SAP MDG（Master Data Governance）を活用した会計マスタデータ管理の導入経験あるいは運用保守経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ＜必須要件＞ ・SAP ERP-FI（財務会計）モジュールの以下サブモジュール機能のソリューション/システム設定に関する知識 　 - AA（固定資産管理） 　 - GL（総勘定元帳） ・会計業務に関する知識 ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（メール、会議） ・PMBOK等プロジェクトマネジメントの基本知識 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・SAP ERPの連結決算業務領域のソリューション/システム設定に関する知識 ・SAP MDG（Master Data Governance）を活用した会計マスタデータ管理のソリューション/システム設定に関する知識 求める行動特性： ・ERPに関する専門知識・経験をもとに、自立した社内専門家として、ビジネス部門メンバー、IT部門メンバー、外部コンサルタントメンバーと能動的に連携し、自身の担当領域のERP導入プロジェクト活動をリードして進めることができる ・プロジェクトを推進するために必要な情報を、海外のグローバルテンプレート導入組織、社外専門家から積極的に収集・整理し、関係者と調整して自社の活動方針を打ち出せる 求める資格： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・TOEIC700点以上 職種の魅力： ロシュ社や中外関係会社と連携したグローバルな環境下で将来の基幹業務を支えるプラットフォーム構築を推進できる。 Desired experience Required: ・Experience as a project manager or leader in system development projects ・Experience in implementing or operating/maintaining the following sub-module functionalities of the SAP ERP-FI (Financial Accounting) module: 　 - AA (Asset Accounting) 　 - GL (General Ledger) ・Experience in developing or operating/maintaining interfaces between SAP ERP and peripheral systems ・Collaboration experience with oversea affiliates and partner companies Desired experience Preferred: ・Experience in implementing or operating/maintaining SAP ERP solutions related to consolidated financial statements ・Experience in implementing or operating/maintaining accounting master data management utilizing SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Required: ・Knowledge of solutions/system configurations for the following sub-module functionalities of the SAP ERP-FI (Financial Accounting) module: 　 - AA (Asset Accounting) 　 - GL (General Ledger) ・Knowledge of accounting operations ・Fluency in English for meeting & email communication ・Basic knowledge of project management e.g. PMBOK Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Preferred: ・Knowledge of solutions/system configurations in the area of consolidated financial statements for SAP ERP ・Knowledge of solutions/system configurations for accounting master data management utilizing SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Desired competencies: ・Based on the expertise and experience in ERP, act as an independent internal expert, proactively collaborating with business department members, IT department members, and external consultant members, and lead the ERP implementation project activities in own area of responsibility ・Proactively collect and organize the necessary information for advancing the project from global template implementation organizations overseas and external experts, and coordinate with stakeholders to establish our company's activity policies Desired Qualifications: ・Bachelor's degree or higher ・TOEIC score 700+ Position Features： You can facilitate the creation of our future business platform in a global environment closely working with Roche and oversea affiliates  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
