職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： ERP（基幹業務システム）刷新活動の本格化に伴う体制強化 仕事内容： ERP刷新プロジェクトに参画し、SAP ERPと周辺システムのデータ分析＆レポートのソリューションアーキテクトとして、SAP ERPのグローバルテンプレート内に BW/4 HANA、SAP Analytics Cloudをベースにデータ分析用レポートを開発、当社へ導入する活動を推進する Background to recruitment: Reinforcement for ERP renewal activities Description of work: As a member of IT Solution Department (Headquarter), participate in the ERP renewal project, and as the technical lead for data analysis & reporting infrastructure for SAP ERP and surrounding systems, drive the implementation of a data analysis reports developed based on BW/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud within the SAP ERP global template.   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ＜必須要件＞ ・システム開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーあるいはリーダー経験 ・海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験 ・SAP BW/4HANA（ないしSAP BW）を活用したデータウェアハウスの構築経験（要件定義、設計、インスタンス構築、開発、テスト、運用設計、データ移行） ・SAP BW/4HANA（ないしSAP BW）内でデータの抽出/加工/書出を行うETL処理、データマート、ビューなどのデータウェアハウスオブジェクトを開発した経験 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・SAP Analytics Cloudのビジネスインテリジェンス機能、予測分析機能を活用したデータ分析用レポートを開発した経験 ・SAP社製以外のBIツールを活用したデータ分析用レポート開発経験（Tableau、Power BI、Amazon QuickSight など） ・SAP BW/4HANA（ないしSAP BW）、SACのシステム運用保守経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ＜必須要件＞ ・PMBOK等プロジェクトマネジメントの基本知識 ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（メール、会議） ・SAP BW/4HANA（ないしSAP BW）を活用したデータウェアハウスのインスタンスを構築するスキル ・SAP BW/4HANA（ないしSAP BW）内でデータの抽出/加工/書出を行うETL処理、データマート、ビューなどのデータウェアハウスオブジェクトを開発するスキル ＜歓迎要件＞ ・SAP BW/4HANA（ないしSAP BW）に格納されたSAP ERPのデータを参照し、SACのビジネスインテリジェンス機能、予測分析機能を活用したデータ分析用レポートを開発するスキル ・SAP社製以外のBIツールを活用したデータ分析用レポートの開発/運用保守に関する知識（Tableau、Power BI、Amazon QuickSight など） ・SAP BW/4HANA（ないしSAP BW）、SACを活用したデータ分析用レポート基盤の運用保守作業手順を定義し、適切な体制構築を行える知識 ・SAP ERPの基幹業務プロセス（会計業務、サプライチェーン管理業務）、SAP ERPが保持するデータの種類/データの持ち方のアーキテクチャに関する概要的な業務知識 求める行動特性： ・ERPの分析・レポート基盤に関する専門知識・経験をもとに、自立した社内専門家として、ビジネス部門メンバー、IT部門メンバー、外部コンサルタントメンバーと能動的に連携し、自身の担当領域のERP導入プロジェクト活動をリードして進めることができる ・プロジェクトを推進するために必要な情報を、海外のグローバルテンプレート導入組織、社外専門家から積極的に収集・整理し、関係者と調整して自社の活動方針を打ち出せる 求める資格： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・TOEIC700点以上 職種の魅力： ロシュ社や中外関係会社と連携したグローバルな環境下で将来の基幹業務を支えるプラットフォーム構築を推進できる。 Desired experience Required: ・Experience as a project manager or leader in system development projects ・Collaboration experience with oversea affiliates and partner companies ・Experience in building a data warehouse using SAP BW/4HANA (or SAP BW), including requirements definition, design, instance setup, development, testing, operations design, and data migration ・Experience in developing data warehouse objects such as ETL processes, data marts, and views for data extraction, transformation, and loading within SAP BW/4HANA (or SAP BW) Desired experience Preferred: ・Experience in developing data analysis reports utilizing the business intelligence and predictive analytics functions of SAC by referencing SAP ERP data stored in SAP BW/4HANA (or SAP BW) ・Experience in developing data analysis reports using non-SAP BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, etc.) ・Experience in system operation and maintenance of SAC Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Required: ・Basic knowledge of project management e.g. PMBOK ・Fluency in English for meeting & email communication ・Skills in setting up instances of a data warehouse using SAP BW/4HANA (or SAP BW) ・Skills in developing data warehouse objects such as ETL processes, data marts, and views for data extraction, transformation, and loading within SAP BW/4HANA (or SAP BW) Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Preferred: ・Skill in developing data analysis reports utilizing the business intelligence and predictive analytics functions of SAC by referencing SAP ERP data stored in SAP BW/4HANA (or SAP BW) ・Knowledge related to the development, operation and maintenance of data analysis reports using non-SAP BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, etc.) ・Knowledge to define operational and maintenance procedures for the data analysis report platform utilizing SAC, and ability to establish an appropriate system ・Basic knowledge of core business processes (accounting, supply chain management) covered by SAP ERP and the types of data and data architecture used in SAP ERP Desired competencies: ・Based on the expertise and experience in ERP, act as an independent internal expert, proactively collaborating with business department members, IT department members, and external consultant members, and lead the ERP implementation project activities in own area of responsibility ・Proactively collect and organize the necessary information for advancing the project from global template implementation organizations overseas and external experts, and coordinate with stakeholders to establish our company's
