To realize this vision, it is crucial to calmly analyze and grasp the current situation, clearly identify any shortcomings, and draw up an execution strategy and roadmap that is constantly updated. We are currently seeking talented individuals who can strategize from a broad perspective and high vantage point and implement those strategies to realize our vision. You will: ・Formulation of vision and strategy for expanding business in the digital field and for providing innovative services utilizing digital technology. ・Project management for launching digital-related projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation, based on the strategy. ・Leading the promotion of co-creation with business partners. Position Features: You can participate in groundbreaking innovation by addressing complex challenges that offer healthcare solutions to transform society  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・事業会社・コンサルタント会社等において、新たなテクノロジーを活用した戦略立案やビジネスプランの策定経験（5-10年程度） ・デジタル系の企業と、自社ビジネス拡大・新規事業立ち上げに向けたパートナリングをリードした経験 ・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（複数のデジタルプロジェクトを管理し一定の成果に導いた経験） 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・新規構想・アイディアを5W1Hを明確にしつつ戦略に落とし込む能力 ・戦略の実現に向けた具体的なロードマップ・マイルストンを設定し、遂行できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力 ・デジタル領域における幅広い人脈、柔軟なコミュニケーション能力。パートナーとの共創をベースにした新規事業アイディア・取り組みの全体構想を描ける能力 求める行動特性： ・社内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションを行い、達成したいゴールへの共感を促し、協力関係を構築する ・外部・内部環境を踏まえた上で、ビジョンを実現するための具体的かつチャレンジングな戦略を立案し、適切なマイルストーンを置きながら目標達成を目指す ・先が見えない・困難な課題であっても、「どこまでならできるか」をクイックに仮説を立てて検討し、解決に向けて物事を前に進める 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・海外のデジタル関連企業と英語で交渉できるレベル ----- Required Qualifications: ・Experience in formulating strategies and business plans using new technologies at a joint venture company or consulting firm (approximately 5-10 years). ・Experience in leading partnerships with digital companies and initiating new business ventures and expansions. ・Experience in project management (managing multiple digital projects and driving them to a certain level of success). Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Ability to clearly define new concepts and ideas with the 5W1H approach and incorporate them into strategy. ・The project management ability to set and execute specific roadmaps and milestones toward the realization of a strategy. ・A broad network within the digital field and flexible communication skills. The ability to draw up an overall concept for new business ideas and initiatives based on co-creation with partners.
