職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 画期的新薬の創製のために，優れた動物実験技術及び検査技術を持つ方を募集します。 仕事内容： ・症状観察，採血，保定，投与等の動物室内の操作，その他剖検等の実験操作 ・新たなin vivo実験技術開発 ・in vivo実験技術の教育 ・サンプルを用いた測定（臨床検査業務） Background to recruitment: We are seeking individuals with exceptional animal experimentation and clinical pathology skills for the creation of groundbreaking new drugs. Description of work: ・Conducting operations within the animal room such as clinical observation, blood sampling, restraint, administration, among other experimental operations like dissection. ・Developing new in vivo experimental techniques. ・Educating others on in vivo experimental techniques. ・Sample measurements (clinical pathology work).  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・実験動物を用いた実務経験が3年以上あること ・GLP業務の従事経験があること ・サンプル処理もしくは自動分析装置等を用いた臨床検査業務の経験があること 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・主にげっ歯類の実験動物種としての特性の理解 ・GLPの知識 ・動物由来サンプルの一般的な取り扱い技術 ・英文計画書・報告書を読めること 求める行動特性： ・周囲と協力しながら仕事を進めることができる ・正確な操作を行い，記録やデータ解析が適切に出来る ・改善が必要な事象を放置せず，周囲を巻き込みながら課題解決ができる 求める資格： ・実験動物技術者2級以上相当の技術 職種の魅力： ユニークな抗体薬をはじめ，グローバルに使われる画期的な新品の創出を担うやりがいのある仕事です。中外ならではの科学技術力に触れながら，新たな知識やスキルを身に着けることができる。チーム作業を通して問題解決力や人間関係を磨いていくことができる。先端的な設備の整った施設で働くことができる。 Required Qualifications： ・Approximately over 3 years of practical experience in toxicity studies using large animals and rodents. ・Experience in working under Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) conditions. ・Experience in sample processing or using Autoanalyzer equipment. Preferred skills and knowledge : ・Understanding of the characteristics of rodents as experimental animals. ・Knowledge of GLP ・General handling techniques for samples collected from animals. ・Ability to read English protocols and reports. Desired competencies： ・Ability to work cooperatively with others. ・Ability to perform accurate operations and conduct appropriate record keeping and data analysis. ・Ability to address necessary improvements without neglect, and solve problems collaboratively.
