職務内容／Job duties ■募集背景 デジタル技術の進展に伴う事業環境の変化に伴い、臨床開発業務の深化や効率化に資するデジタル・ITソリューションの企画提案・導入活動をリードできる人財の拡充を行うため ■仕事内容 臨床開発部門における業務効率化や高度化、患者中心の臨床試験の実現に貢献するデジタル・ITソリューションの企画提案、導入プロジェクトのリード ■職種の魅力 ・製品価値向上や業務プロセス改革、患者中心の臨床開発の実現に貢献する新規ソリューション導入に関わることができる ・Roche等海外関連会社との連携によるグローバルビジネスを経験することができる ----- ■Background to recruitment To enforce manpower who can lead implementation of digital/IT solutions with the purpose of deepening and optimizing the clinical development business in constantly changing environment of the industry along with the advances of digital technology ■Description of work Planning and leading a project for implementing digital/IT solution to streamline/enhance business process and realize a patient-centric clinical trial ■Position Features ・Experience on implementation of new solutions to enhance product value, innovate business process and realize patient-centric clinical trial ・Global business experience through co-working with Roche group companies  応募資格／Qualifications ■求める経験 ・業務改善・課題解決のためのビジネス分析とソリューション提案の経験 ・ITプロジェクトマネジメントの経験（ユーザー企業側が望ましい） ・立場の異なる多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み業務を進めた経験 ・上記業務等における英語での海外との業務経験があればなお良い ■求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・ITプロジェクトマネジメントに関する基本的な知識（PMBOK等） ・ITシステム開発方法論に関する基本的な知識（ウォーターフォール、アジャイル等） ・コミュニケーションスキル（課題解決に向けた対話と合意形成） ・英語力（ビジネスで利用できるレベル） ・臨床開発プロセスに関する基礎知識があればなお良い ■求める行動特性 ・業務部門と積極的かつ円滑なコミュニケーションがとれる方 ・変化する環境に適応しつつ、目標達成に向けて主体的に取り組める方 ・業務改善等に繋がる前向きな提案を行える方 ・スキルや経験の取得に前向き、かつ、それらの共有と発信を行える方 ■求める資格 TOEIC 800点以上 ----- ■Desired experience ・Analyzing business and proposing solution to improve business or solve problem ・Managing IT project (User side is preferable) ・Leading initiative with involving various stakeholders ・Communication in English for the above activities and others (Not mandatory) ■Preferred Knowledge and Skills ・Basic knowledge about IT project management (PMBOK etc.) ・Basic knowledge about IT system development (Waterfall, Agile etc.) ・Communication Skill (Dialogue and consensus-building toward problem resolution) ・English Skill (Business level) ・Basic knowledge about clinical development process is preferable ■Desired competencies ・Smoothly communicate with business functions ・Adapting to changing environments while taking initiative toward achieving goals ・Provide positive ideas and solutions to improve business ・Actively try to acquire skills and experience and deliver them to others to share with ■Desired Qualification ・Experience on implementation of new solutions to enhance product value, innovate business process and realize patient-centric clinical trial ・Global business experience through co-working with Roche group companies  待遇／Salary & Benefits ■各種手当 通勤手当、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険、厚生年金基金、退職金制度 ■教育制度・資格補助補足 ・OJT日常業務遂行の中でのスキル向上 ・OFF-JTと自己啓発 ・本人の選択による専門知識やスキル等の習得 ■その他補足 ・住宅貸付金、一般貸付金 ・財形貯蓄、社員持株会 ・ウィルネットクラブ（福祉会） ・テニスコート、グラウンド、全国各地のリゾート施設に契約加入 ・福利厚生手当（30,000円／月） ■労働時間区分 フレックスタイム制（フルフレックス）/ Full-Flextime system 休憩時間：60分 ----- 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
