職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 知財機能強化の一環 職務内容： 著作権関連業務（著作権の観点からの法的助言や全社業務の推進支援、全社的な著作権コンプライアンス・アウェアネス推進） 職種の魅力： 研究開発部門、事業部門等との幅広い協働作業を通じて製薬会社におけるバリューチェーン全般にわたって製品およびサービスの価値最大化に貢献できる機会に恵まれている ----- Background to Recruitment: One of measures strengthening IP function Description of Work: Copyright related work (Providing legal advice from copyright perspective, supporting the promotion of company-wide business operations, and promoting copyright compliance and awareness across the company) Position Features： Opportunities to contribute maximizing values of Chugai's products and services all through our value chains by collaborating with the other Chugai's functions including R&D and business  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・著作権関連業務経験者［3年以上］ ・企業における著作権関連業務の経験あればなおよし 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・科学技術系または法学の学士歴 ・IT/AI、生成AI等に関する知識があればなおよし 求める行動特性： ・関係者を巻き込みながら、主体的に課題を抽出し解決策を導き出し、実行する ・チャレンジングな目標を設定し、成果を出すための当事者意識と責任をもって目標達成にコミットする 求める資格： ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC750点以上） ・弁理士または弁護士資格あればなおよし ----- Desired Experience: ・Work experience in copyright-related work at least 3 years ・Work experience in copyright related work in company is preferable Preferred Knowledge and Skills： ・At least a bacheler's degree [including master's or doctor's degree] in science and technology field or legal field ・Knowledge of IT/AI, generative AI, etc. is preferable Desired Competencies: ・Behavior to proactively endeavor to identify, establish and implement a solution for IP issues by involving various internal and external stakeholders ・Behavior to commit setting and achieving aggressive target by demonstrating ownership and accountability Desired Qualifications: ・Capability to communicate in English [at least score 750 in TOEIC estimation] ・Qualified patent attorney or attorney at law is preferable  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria. 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
