The success of this company-wide Digital Transformation (DX) requires not only the transformation of our R&D and manufacturing value chain but also the evolution of our corporate functions that support it, such as HR, accounting, legal, and procurement. The optimization of these corporate functions is now one of the most critical challenges determining our company's growth speed. Therefore, we are seeking a new "Business Architect" who will design the DX strategy for all corporate functions from a business perspective and lead the transformation in collaboration with each department. This is a pivotal role to evolve our core defensive functions into offensive drivers that will create our future. Description of work : As a "proactive strategic partner" to our corporate divisions (HR, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, etc.), you will lead business transformation utilizing digital technology. This is not a conventional IT planning role. You will engage from the earliest stages of business strategy, overseeing the entire process from issue identification and strategy formulation to execution, promotion, and effectiveness measurement. - Identify business challenges in your assigned area and visualize value creation opportunities through DX. - Collaborate with business leaders and executives to formulate mid-term digital strategies and execution roadmaps. - Lead consensus-building by coordinating complex stakeholder interests. - Partner with specialists like Product Managers (PdM) and Engineers to translate strategies into concrete digital initiatives. - Drive the execution of these initiatives and continuously evaluate and improve their business value. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Logical and Structural Thinking: The ability to structurally grasp complex and ambiguous issues to identify the core bottlenecks ・Change Leadership: The capability to develop concrete action plans and tenaciously drive change forward for unprecedented challenges by involving surrounding stakeholders ・Relationship Building and Facilitation Skills: The ability to build trust with stakeholders and lead to consensus through constructive dialogue, respecting different opinions and positions Desired Competencies: ・Envisioning with the team: Proactively ask "Why," connect domain missions to the overall corporate strategy, and derive actions by backcasting from the desired future state. ・Driving innovation: Unbound by precedent or existing frameworks, constantly pursue the optimal approach to realize the ideal vision and courageously embrace change. ・Collaboration: Respect others' opinions and build trust through sincere dialogue.
