職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： ERP（基幹業務システム）刷新活動の本格化に伴う体制強化 仕事内容： ERP刷新プロジェクトに参画し、主にファイナンス分野をサポートするPMOとして、ITおよびビジネス部門メンバーとともにERPグローバルテンプレートの、海外子会社を含む当社グループへの導入活動を推進する 職種の魅力： ロシュ社や中外関係会社と連携したグローバルな環境下で将来の基幹業務を支えるプラットフォーム構築を推進できる。 ーーー Background to recruitment: Reinforcement for ERP renewal activities Description of work: Act as PMO in the ERP renewal project, promoting the implementation of the ERP global template into both our domestic and overseas companies in collaboration with IT and business members Position Features： You can facilitate the creation of our future business platform in a global environment closely working with Roche and overseas affiliates   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・ERPパッケージの導入経験および保守運用経験 ・制度会計、管理会計、税務などのファイナンス分野における勤務経験 ・海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・ERPおよび会計・税務分野に関する知識 ・PMBOK等プロジェクトマネジメントの基本知識 ・ステークホルダーとの調整や交渉などを円滑に行えるコミュニケーション能力およびファシリテーション能力（英語を含む） ・複雑性・不透明性の高い状況を整理し、わかりやすい図表や文章で表現できるドキュメンテーション能力 求める行動特性： ・誠実さ、責任感、戦略的思考、忍耐力、顧客志向、主体性 ・ERPおよびファイナンスに関する知識・経験をもとに、プロジェクトを推進するために必要な情報を収集・整理し、ビジネス部門メンバー、IT部門メンバー、外部コンサルタントメンバー、グローバルメンバーと能動的に連携して自身の担当領域のERP導入プロジェクト活動をリードして進めることができる 求める資格： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・TOEIC730点以上（会話力重視） ーーー Desired experience: ・Experience in implementing ERP packages, as well as maintaining and operating them ・Experience in the financial field such as institutional accounting, management accounting, and taxation ・Experience in collaborating in English with overseas affiliates and partner companies. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Knowledge of ERP and accounting and tax fields ・Basic knowledge of project management e.g. PMBOK ・Communication and facilitation skills to adjust/negotiate with stakeholders for smooth collaboration (including communications in English) ・Documentation skill to digest complex and uncertain situations and express them in easy-to-understand figures, tables and sentences Desired competencies： ・Integrity, Responsibility, Strategic Thinking, Perseverance, Customer Orientation, and Initiative ・Based on knowledge and experience in ERP and finance, collect and organize the information necessary to promote projects, and actively cooperate with business department members, IT department members, external consultants and global members to lead ERP implementation project activities in your own area of responsibility Desired Qualification: ・Bachelor's degree or higher ・TOEIC score 730+ (emphasis on conversational skills)  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
