職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： ERP（基幹業務システム）刷新活動の本格化に伴う体制強化 仕事内容： EERP刷新プロジェクトに参画し、SAP Master DataチームのMaterial Master領域担当者として、関係部門メンバーとともにERPグローバルテンプレートの当社への導入活動を推進する（Fit/Gap分析、要件定義、開発、テスト、データ移行など） 職種の魅力： ロシュ社や中外関係会社と連携したグローバルな環境下で将来の基幹業務を支えるプラットフォーム構築を推進できる。 ーーー Background to recruitment: Reinforcement for ERP renewal activities Description of work: Participate in the ERP renewal project as the lead for the Material Master area within the SAP Master Data team、 and promote the implementation of the ERP global template into our company in collaboration with stakeholders (Fit/Gap analysis, requirements definition, development, testing, data migration, etc.) Position Features： You can facilitate the creation of our future business platform in a global environment closely working with Roche and overseas affiliates   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・SAP Material Masterを使ったサプライチェーン領域の業務経験 ・SAP導入プロジェクトでのMaterial Master（品目マスタ）導入経験（要件定義・開発・テスト・移行等）、および保守運用経験 ・SAP Material Masterを利用するモジュール（SD, MM, PP 等）の導入経験および保守運用経験 ・海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・SAP MDG（Master Data Governance）を活用したマスタデータ管理の導入経験あるいは運用保守経験 ・製薬業界での業務経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・SAP Material Masterを利用するサプライチェーン領域の業務知識 ・SAP Material Masterのソリューション/システム設定に関する知識 ・ステークホルダーとの調整や交渉などを円滑に行えるコミュニケーション能力 ・複雑性・不透明性の高い状況を整理し、わかりやすい図表や文章で表現できるドキュメンテーション能力 ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（メール、会議） ・PMBOK等プロジェクトマネジメントの基本知識 求める行動特性： ・ERPに関する専門知識・経験をもとに、自立した社内専門家として、ビジネス部門メンバー、IT部門メンバー、外部コンサルタントメンバーと能動的に連携し、自身の担当領域のERP導入プロジェクト活動をリードして進めることができる ・プロジェクトを推進するために必要な情報を、海外のグローバルテンプレート導入組織、社外専門家から積極的に収集・整理し、関係者と調整して自社の活動方針を打ち出せる 求める資格： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・TOEIC700点以上 ーーー Desired experience: ・Experience in supply chain business using SAP material master ・Experience in implementing material master in SAP deployment projects, including requirements definition, development, testing, and data migration, as well as experience in maintenance and operations. ・Experience in implementing and maintaining SAP modules that utilize Material Master, such as SD, MM, PI etc. ・Experience in collaborating in English with overseas affiliates and partner companies. ＜Preferred＞ ・Experience in implementing or maintaining master data management using SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) ・Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Knowledge of supply chain business using SAP material master . ・Knowledge of SAP material master solution and system configuration. ・Communication skill to adjust/negotiate with stakeholders for smooth collaboration ・Documentation skill to digest complex and uncertain situations and express them in easy-to-understand figures, tables and sentences ・Fluency in English for meeting & email communication ・Basic knowledge of project management e.g. PMBOK Desired competencies： ・Based on the expertise and experience in ERP, act as an independent internal expert, proactively collaborating with business department members, IT department members, and external consultant members, and lead the ERP implementation project activities in own area of responsibility ・Proactively collect and organize the necessary information for advancing the project from global template implementation organizations overseas and external experts, and coordinate with stakeholders to establish our company's activity policies Desired Qualification: ・Bachelor's degree or higher ・TOEIC score 700+  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
