職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 当社グループの健康経営推進体制の強化。また、本社地区に勤務する社員の健康支援に加えて、必要に応じて各事業所社員の健康支援をカバーするため。 職務内容： 「健康相談・保健指導（産業医面談同席、保健師面談の実施）」「健康経営施策立案・運営」「ヘルスリテラシー向上の推進」「職場環境の整備と改善」等の健康経営・健康支援業務を産業保健師として実施。 職種の魅力： 多様な社内外関係者と連携しながら、健康経営・健康支援に関する様々な施策を通じて、「社員の自律的な健康保持・増進」に貢献することができます。2024年より2期連続で健康経営銘柄を取得している当社において、更なるヘルスリテラシーの向上を目指し、先進的な取り組みに挑戦することができます。 --- Background to recruitment: To strengthen the company group's health management promotion system. In addition to providing health support for headquarters employees, this role will cover health support for employees at each business location as needed. Description of work: As an occupational health nurse, you will implement health management and support activities including: ・Health consultations and guidance (attending industrial physician consultations, conducting nurse consultations) ・Planning and management of health promotion initiatives ・Promotion of health literacy improvement ・Workplace environment maintenance and improvement Position Features： You will contribute to "employees' autonomous health maintenance and promotion" through various health management and support initiatives while collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders. At our company, which has been selected as a Health & Productivity Stock for two consecutive terms since 2024, you can take on advanced initiatives aimed at further improving health literacy.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・産業領域保健師経験（10年以上） ・健康経営の推進に関する業務の経験 ・（あれば尚可）産業保健師のマネジメント経験 ・（あれば尚可）健康データの集計と統計に関する実務経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・産業保健知識、健康経営に関する周辺知識 ・健康支援システムに関する知識 ・（あれば尚可）健康関連データの管理・加工・分析スキル ・（あれば尚可）外国籍社員・関係者とコミュニケーションできる英語レベルがある 求める行動特性： ・多くの社内外関係者とのコミュニケーションに抵抗がなく、誠実で好印象を与える言動をとることができる ・社員の健康支援や組織・同僚との信頼関係構築を自然に行える ・健康課題に対して、自ら「なぜ」を問い、広い視点を持って情報分析し、課題を深く掘り下げて本質をつかもうとする、関連する施策を立案できる ・時間的制約がある中で量・質ともに高いアウトプットを求められる状況下でも責任をもち、業務を戦略的・迅速・真摯に遂行できる 求める資格： ・保健師資格 ---- Desired experience: ・10+ years of experience as an occupational health nurse ・Experience in health management promotion activities ・Experience managing occupational health nurses ・Practical experience in health data aggregation and statistics Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Occupational health knowledge and related health management expertise ・Knowledge of health support systems ・Skills in managing, processing, and analyzing health-related data ・English communication skills sufficient for interacting with foreign employees and stakeholders Desired competencies: ・Comfortable communicating with various internal and external stakeholders; able to conduct oneself with integrity and create positive impressions. Natural ability to support employee health and build trust with the organization and colleagues. Ability to question "why" regarding health issues, analyze information with a broad perspective, identify core issues, and develop relevant initiatives. Ability to strategically, promptly, and sincerely execute responsibilities with high-quality output even under time constraints.
