職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： データドリブンでの創薬研究加速を進める上では、課題となっているデータのサイロ化を解消するとともに、社内外研究データを有効活用し価値最大化につなげる拡張性の高い研究デジタルIT基盤を構築する必要がある。この実現に向けて、研究現場における顕在・潜在課題を紐解き、マネジメント層を巻き込み、部門レベルでの価値創出・意思決定の高度化につなげるための戦略立案・遂行に貢献するとともに、人財の育成通じた組織のケイパビリティおよびサステナビリティ向上をリードできる人財を募集している。 仕事内容： 創薬研究プロジェクト加速のため、現場研究者との議論を通じて研究データ・ナレッジ利活用における本質的・潜在的な課題やニーズを同定し、最新のデジタルIT技術を活用して解決に導く。 それらを実現するための中長期戦略を立案し、研究員および部門マネジメントとの議論を通じた組織的意識改革および戦略遂行を実践することで意思決定サイクルを加速する。 将来的なマネジャーもしくはプロフェッショナル職候補として、多様なメンバーを巻き込みプロジェクト推進をリードするとともに、周囲のロールモデルとなり継続的な組織のケイパビリティ向上に貢献する。 【具体的な業務例】 ・データドリブン創薬加速を目指したデータ利活用の中長期的な戦略立案・提案・遂行 ・戦略遂行のための意識改革、チーム・プロジェクトマネジメント、人財育成計画の策定と実行 ・抗体/低分子・中分子、薬効薬理/安全性（非臨床）、オミックスなど創薬研究における各種データベースのデザインや構築 ・データサイエンティスト専門家向けの大規模データ解析環境のデザインや構築 ・研究データの収集管理及び利活用の推進施策の立案と実行 ・上記を含む部門横断的なデジタルIT基盤の導入/構築における構想立案、要件定義、構築、運用管理及びそれらに係る外注委託先のマネジメント 職種の魅力： ・研究データの価値を最大化する高度なデータ基盤構築を通じて、データドリブンな創薬研究を加速し、中外製薬の独自性の高い研究と革新的な医薬品創出に貢献できます ・多様な研究領域（抗体/低分子・中分子、薬効薬理/安全性、オミックスなど）のデータ利活用戦略を立案・実行し、幅広い創薬プロセスへの理解を深められます ・専門性の高い研究者との対話を通じて本質的課題を捉え、専門知識とデジタル技術を活かしてまだ誰も手掛けていない領域の解決策を開発・開拓する挑戦ができます ------ Background to recruitment: In order to accelerate data-driven drug discovery research, it is necessary to eliminate data silos, which is an issue, and to build a highly scalable research digital IT platform that effectively utilizes internal and external research data to maximize value. To achieve this, we are looking for human resources who can lead the improvement of organizational capabilities and sustainability through human resource development, as well as contribute to the formulation and execution of strategies that will lead to the creation of value and the sophistication of decision-making at the departmental level, by elucidating the emerging and potential issues in the research field, and by involving management. Description of work: In order to accelerate drug discovery research projects, we will identify essential and potential issues and needs in the utilization of research data and knowledge through discussions with field researchers, and lead to solutions using the latest digital IT technology. We will formulate medium- to long-term strategies to realize these goals, and accelerate the decision-making cycle by implementing organizational awareness reform and strategy execution through discussions with researchers and department management. As a future manager or professional candidate, he will lead the project promotion by involving a diverse group of members, and become a role model for those around him, contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational capabilities.
