職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 中外開発テーマのモダリティー多様化に伴い、既経験に基づく分析手法確立のみならず新規モダリティーに適した革新的定量法の確立が必要となってきている。また、生産性向上の観点から自動化プラットフォームの利活用を促進する必要があり、即戦力となる人材の確保が急務である。これら背景を鑑み、バイオアナリシスの知識・ノウハウを有し分析実施機関で十分な実務経験がある、各種分析法（特にLC-MS、ELISA）に精通している人材を募集する。 仕事内容： 生体試料分析法の開発、規制下のバリデーション及び実試料測定の実施（薬物、抗薬物抗体、バイオマーカー） 職種の魅力： 生体試料中薬物濃度を適切に求め、結果の再現性に責任を持つことは医薬品のExposure-Responseを真に支え、投与量設計に貢献できる最も重要な職務と考えています。品質に拘る文化を有している中外製薬では、バイオアナリストとして視野の広がり、技術の広がりとともに、これまでにない作用メカニズムを有する医薬品の定量法開発、非臨床試験及び臨床試験への実装を通じ、革新的医薬品開発への貢献を実感することができます。 ーーーーーー Background to recruitment: With the diversification of the modalities of Chugai's new developing compounds, it is necessary not only to establish analytical methods based on the past experience, but also to establish innovative quantitative methods suitable for new modalities. It is also necessary to promote the utilization of automation platforms from the viewpoint of productivity improvement, and we need to recruit human resources who are industry ready for our mission. In view of these backgrounds, we are recruiting human resources with knowledge and know-how in bioanalysis and strong practical experience in bioanalytical facilities, who are knowledgeable in various analytical method, especially LC-MS and ELISA. Description of work: 'Developing bioanalytical methods, implementing validation and sample analysis under regulation (drugs, anti-drug antibodies, biomarkers). Position Features： We believe that determining the appropriate drug concentration in biological samples and taking responsibility for the reproducibility of the results is the most important role that can truly support the exposure-response of pharmaceuticals and contribute to dosage design. At Chugai, which has a culture of focusing on quality, as a bioanalyst, you can expand your horizons and technology, and you can feel your contribution to innovative drug development through the development of quantitative methods for drugs with unprecedented mechanisms of action and their implementation in non-clinical and clinical trials.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・分析実施機関で生体試料分析に関わる実験業務の経験3年以上 ・生体試料分析法バリデーション・実試料測定の実施経験 ・LC-MS法及びELISA法を用いた新規分析法の開発経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・生体試料分析を行うための各分析手法（LC-MS/MS、LBA等）を経験・習熟し、測定そのものに興味がある ・生体試料分析法に関わる知識（各規制当局発出のガイドライン/ガイダンスを熟知している） ・生体試料分析に関わる計画書/報告書を作成し試験を進めることができる 求める行動特性： ・他者への配慮があり、同僚や関係部署と積極的にコミュニケーションをとり協調性を持ってチームでの業務を進めることができる ・何事にも興味を持ち、アウトプットを継続して捻出することに拘りを持ちながら関係者に提案・発信できる ・自ら積極的に課題解決に向けて行動することができる 求める資格： ・業務上必要となる英語の文書内容を理解し、また作成することができる英語力 ーーーーー Desired experience： ・More than 3 years of experience in experimental work related to bioanalysis in bioanalytical facilities. ・Experience in bioanalytical method validation and sample analysis. ・Experience in developing new analytical methods using LC-MS and ELISA methods. Preferred Knowledge and Skills： ・Experienced in various analytical methods for bioanalysis (LC-MS/MS, LBA, etc.), and interested in bioanalysis itself. ・Knowledge of bioanalytical methods (familiarity with the guidelines/guidance issued by each regulatory authority). ・Plans/reports for bioanalysis can be prepared and proceeded with testing. Desired Qualification： ・English skill to understand and create English documents necessary for business purposes.  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制 Flextime System 労働契約は、毎年1月に更新し、更新は4回までとします。（労働期間は最長5年まで） なお、労働契約期間中に条件を満たした方に対し正社員への転採用の制度がございます。 The labor contract shall be renewed in January of each year and may be renewed up to 4 times. (The maximum working period is 5 years.)
