職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 法務コンプライアンス機能強化による全社コンプライアンスとガバナンスの強化に向けたポジションの募集 Background to Recruitment: Fill a vacant position in Corporate Compliance function to enhance company-wide compliance and governance by strengthening legal compliance capabilities 職務内容： ・日本および主要諸外国における関連法令等の情報収集・調査、自社への影響分析と対応策の検討・実行 ・国内外グループにおけるコンプライアンスの社内啓発およびモニタリング ・法務コンプライアンス視点でのコンプライアンス推進・インシデント対応、不正事案の社内調査 ・コンプライアンスの実効性・効率性向上を通じた現場の課題解決支援 ・Rocheとの連携や海外グループ会社の統制・支援を含むグローバル対応 Description of Work: ・Collection of information and investigation on relevant laws and regulations in Japan and other major countries, analysis of the impact on the company, and consideration and implementation of measures ・Internal education and monitoring of compliance in domestic and overseas groups ・Promotion of compliance and incident response from the legal and compliance perspective, as well as carry out internal investigation of non-compliance cases. ・Support for the 1st line divisions to solve the issues through the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance ・Global operations including collaboration with Roche and control/ support of overseas subsidiaries 職種の魅力： 社内の幅広い部門と連携し、成長戦略の実現をリスク・コンプライアンスの視点から支えます。 Position Features： We work closely with wide-range of relevant divisions to achieve the company growth strategy from risk and compliance perspectives.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： 企業法務・コンプライアンスの実務経験5年以上（クロスボーダービジネス経験があればなお可） 企業におけるグローバルコンプライアンス体制の構築 内部調査に携わる経験があればなお可 組織横断業務あるいはプロジェクトにおけるリーダー（マネジメント経験あればなお可） Desired Experience: Over 5 years practical experience in corporate legal and compliance environment. Experiences at non-Japanese businesses is a plus.
