職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 低中分子の医薬品候補化合物に対する物性・吸収性評価技術、製剤技術の強化 仕事内容： ・医薬品開発の初期ステージにおける、生物薬剤学的な評価、評価方法の確立、および経口吸収予測 ・医薬品開発の初期ステージにおける、原薬形態候補の探索、原薬候補の物理化学的性質の評価、およびその評価方法の確立 ・医薬品開発の初期ステージにおける、原薬特性に基づいた非臨床試験用および臨床試験用の製剤処方の探索、製剤技術の研究 ・医薬品開発の初期ステージにおける、経口吸収改善製剤やDDS技術の検討 Background to recruitment: Strengthening formulation technology, physicochemical properties and absorption assessment technology for small/middle molecular drug candidates. Description of work: ・Biopharmaceutical evaluation, establishment of evaluation methods, and prediction of oral absorption in the early stages of drug development. ・API form screening, Physicochemical characterization of drug candidates, and its evaluation method establishment at early stages of drug development. ・Formulation research for nonclinical studies and clinical trials based on the property of a drug candidate at early stages of drug development. ・Research on oral absorption-enhancing formulations and drug delivery systems (DDS) technologies in the early stages of drug development.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・製剤の溶解性・膜透過性評価、M&Sによる吸収予測、これらいずれかの実務経験 ・原薬や製剤の固体物性評価、原薬の晶析、結晶構造解析、これらいずれかの実務経験 ・製剤の処方・製法設計、安定性評価などの実務経験があるとなおよい 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・医薬品物性研究の知識、物理/生物薬剤学知識、製剤学知識 ・海外関係会社と専門分野について議論できる英語力があること 求める行動特性（期待役割）： ・プレフォーミュレーション研究リーダー 求める資格： ・理工系、薬学系修士卒以上 ・TOEIC 700以上が好ましい。 職種の魅力: 医療の革新を目指した医薬品の候補化合物は、効率的に開発するために必要な物性条件を満たさないことが多々あります。プレフォーミュレーション研究でいかに適切な化合物を選択して物性改善を進めるのかを検討することが重要となります。開発が難しい物性を持つ化合物について医薬品となる可能性を示して、その後それが世界の医療に貢献した際には大きな達成感が得られます。 ---- Desired experience : ・ Either experience of the following experiments. Evaluation of dissolution and permeability, or absorption prediction using modeling and simulation (M&S) ・Either experience of the following experiments. Solid-state evaluation of drug substances/products, crystallization of drug substance, and crystal structure analysis. ・Experience in formulation development research and dissolution/absorption/stability assessment. (Preferred) Desired skills/knowledge/abilities : ・Knowledge of physical pharmacy, biopharmaceutics, or preformulation study. ・English language skill capable of discussing specialized topics with overseas affiliated companies. Desired competencies : ・Preformulation research leader Desired Qualification： ・Master's degree or higher in Science and Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences. ・TOEIC >700 (Preferred) Position features : Drug candidates aiming at medical innovation often do not meet the physicochemical property to realize efficient development. It is important to consider how to select the appropriate compound and improve the properties in preformulation research.
