The procurement function is a crucial foundation supporting this effort, and bold reforms are currently underway. By introducing our parent company Roche’s advanced procurement processes and further transferring operations to the Roche Shared Services organization, we are building a procurement framework that meets global standards. We are seeking colleagues on the front lines of this transformation who can turn new mechanisms into reality with flexible thinking and a strong drive to act. Description of work: ・Lead the transition of operations to the Roche Shared Services organization and establish a new procurement operating model ・Collaborate with overseas teams to develop operating procedures and decision criteria, ensuring stable operations ・After go-live, identify challenges across the Chugai Pharmaceutical Group’s procurement processes and drive solutions ・Leverage procurement data to support executive decision-making This role offers the opportunity not just to execute tasks, but to gain experience “creating systems” on a global stage. While maintaining autonomous management, we provide an environment where you can play an active role in international projects.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・事業会社またはコンサルティング会社での購買プロセス改革、システム導入、または類似プロジェクトの経験（3〜5年以上）【必須】 ・製薬業界での業務経験【歓迎】 ・グローバル／異文化環境でのプロジェクト経験【歓迎】 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・多様なステークホルダーと信頼関係を築き、調整・交渉をリードできるコミュニケーション力 ・購買プロセス全体を俯瞰し、改善を推進する力 ・プロジェクトを成功に導くリーダーシップと課題解決力 求める行動特性： ・高い目標達成意欲を持ち、困難な状況でも挑戦し続ける姿勢 ・自律的に課題を特定し、解決に向けて行動できる主体性 ・社内外の関係者と協働し,常に Win-Win の成果 を追求できる協調性 求める資格： ・TOEIC730以上、または同等の英語力 （Roche シェアードサービス組織と協業するため） ---- Desired experience: ・Required: 3?5 years or more of experience in procurement process transformation, system implementation, or similar projects at an operating company or consulting firm ・Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry ・Preferred: Experience with projects in global/cross-cultural environments Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Strong communication skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders and lead coordination and negotiations ・Ability to take an end-to-end view of the procurement process and drive improvements ・Leadership and problem-solving skills to lead projects to successful outcomes Desired competencies: ・A strong drive to achieve ambitious goals and the perseverance to keep challenging yourself even in difficult situations ・Ownership and initiative to independently identify issues and take action to resolve them ・A collaborative mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders and consistently pursue win-win outcomes Desired Qualifications: TOEIC 730 or higher, or equivalent English proficiency (to collaborate with the Roche Shared Services organization)  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。  勤務地／Location 本社（中央区）/ Head Office (Chuo Ward, Tokyo) 事業所内禁煙 就業時間内禁煙 （休憩時間及び就業時間外は除く） 勤務形態：フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime System
