職務内容／Job duties ■募集背景 バイオメトリクス部は、RWD等のヘルスケアデータを活用し、医薬品開発の最適化と意思決定精度向上や医薬品の価値最大化を推進したいと考えている。そのため効果的なデータ活用基盤構築活動等をこれまで以上に促進するため新たに募集する。 ■仕事内容 ・医薬品開発プロセスへのRWD・臨床試験データ等の活用に向けた、データエンジニアリング業務の実施 ・各種構造化データ・非構造化データのデータライフサイクル管理 最新動向を踏まえた各種RWDの評価・導入企画 ・データライフサイクル管理に必要な基盤の企画・実装・運用管理 より効果的なデータライフサイクル管理実装検討 ・最新動向を踏まえた各種データベースサービスの評価・導入企画 各種データベースサービスの公開・契約・運用管理 ・データ可視化に必要なシステム・アプリケーション・基盤等の企画・実装 ・データ活用を促進するFAIRificationの浸透/教育の実施 ・業界活動やロシュとのコミュニケーションを通じた最新動向の把握と社内へのナレッジ展開 ・データエンジニアリング技術の向上・データエンジニア人材の育成プログラム策定 ・データ可視化を介して意思決定を行える臨床開発本部員人財の育成プログラム策定 ■職種の魅力 RWD等のヘルスケアデータに対するエンジニアリング業務を通じ、医薬品の価値向上や臨床開発業務のプロセス改革、各種意思決定に貢献できます。バイオメトリクス部にはデータサイエンティストや生物統計家、クリニカルデータマネージャー等、様々な専門性をもつ方が集まる多様性に富んだ組織で、互いに学びあい・刺激しあいながら働く機会があります。 グローバルメガファーマであるロシュとの連携機会もあり、ロシュのグローバルベストプラックティスを参照しながら、さらに良いプラクティスを作り出すことに挑戦できます。 ----- ■Background to recruitment The Biometrics Department is seeking to optimize drug development, enhance the precision of our decision-making, and maximize the value of our pharmaceutical products by leveraging healthcare data, including Real-World Data (RWD). To accelerate the establishment of an effective data utilization platform and further these initiatives, we are currently recruiting for a new position. ■Description of work ・Execute data engineering tasks to leverage RWD and clinical trial data in pharmaceutical development processes. ・Manage data lifecycle for various structured and unstructured data. ・Assess and strategize the adoption of various RWD sources and database services in line with the latest industry trends. ・Plan, implement, and manage infrastructure required for data lifecycle management. ・Examine implementation of more effective data lifecycle management. ・Manage publication, contracting, and operations of various database services. ・Plan and implement systems, applications, and infrastructure required for data visualization. ・Promote and educate on FAIRification to facilitate data utilization . ・Drive internal knowledge sharing by staying current on industry trends through networking and collaboration with Roche. ・Enhance data engineering skills and develop training programs for data engineer talent. ・Develop training programs for Clinical Development Division members to enable data-driven decision-making through data visualization. ■Position Features This role allows you to contribute to enhancing the value of our pharmaceutical products, driving process innovation in clinical development, and informing various decision-making processes through your engineering work with healthcare data, including RWD. The Biometrics Department is a diverse organization composed of professionals with a wide range of expertise, such as Data Scientists, Biostatisticians, and Clinical Data Managers. While referring to Roche's global best practices, you will have the chance to aim for even better practices yourself.   応募資格／Qualifications ■求める経験 ・医療データに対しデータエンジニアリング（基盤構築・運用、データ処理・可視化・分析）業務、若しくは社内データ活用に関わるプロジェクト運営の経験（1年以上） ・臨床関連データ調査や、データベンダからのデータ導入評価、購入契約の経験 ■求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・データライフサイクル管理、データエンジニアリングに関する体系的な知識を有している。 ・データライフサイクル管理、データエンジニアリングを実施するためのITスキル、コーディングスキルを保持している。 ・個人情報保護法やHIPPA、CCPA、GDPR等医療データを活用可能とする法解釈について基礎的な知識を有している。 ■求める行動特性 ・医薬品事業の特性と業務の目的を理解し、機能間の調整を行いつつ、技術的な議論をリードする。 ・事業・業務に対する深い理解と視野の広さ・探求心と好奇心に基づく、データ分析課題の設定と解決に向けた挑戦を継続する。 ・チームおよび個人の目標へのコミット意識が高く、目標達成に向けて困難があっても粘り強く邁進し続ける ・周囲（社外を含む）と友好的な協力関係を築き、お互いのWin-Winを常に意識することができる ■求める資格 ・CEFR B2レベルのコミュニケーション能力 ----- ■Desired experience ・Experience (1+ year) in data engineering (infrastructure development/operations, data processing/visualization/analysis) for healthcare data, or project management related to internal data utilization. ・Experience in clinical data research, evaluation of data implementation from data vendors, and purchase contracting. ■Preferred Knowledge and Skills ・Possess systematic knowledge of data lifecycle management and data engineering. ・Possess IT skills and coding skills required to execute data lifecycle management and data engineering. ・Possess basic knowledge of legal interpretations that enable utilization of healthcare data, including Personal Information Protection Act, HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, etc.. ■Desired competencies ・Understand the characteristics of pharmaceutical business and work objectives, coordinate across functions, and lead technical discussions. ・Continue to challenge oneself in setting and solving data analysis issues based on deep understanding of business/operations, broad perspective, inquisitiveness, and curiosity. ・Demonstrate strong commitment to team and individual goals, and persistently pursue goal achievement despite challenges . ・Build friendly collaborative relationships with others (including external parties) and consistently maintain win-win awareness. ■Desired Qualification ・Communication skills at CEFR B2 level.  待遇／Salary & Benefits ■各種手当 通勤手当、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険、厚生年金基金、退職金制度 ■教育制度・資格補助補足 ・OJT日常業務遂行の中でのスキル向上 ・OFF-JTと自己啓発 ・本人の選択による専門知識やスキル等の習得 ■その他補足 ・住宅貸付金、一般貸付金 ・財形貯蓄、社員持株会 ・ウィルネットクラブ（福祉会） ・テニスコート、グラウンド、全国各地のリゾート施設に契約加入 ・福利厚生手当（35,000円／月） ■労働時間区分 フレックスタイム制（フルフレックス）/ Full-Flextime system 休憩時間：60分 ----- 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
