職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 中外製薬は、TOP I 2030の実現に向け「デジタルを活用した革新的な新薬創出」を加速しており、知的財産部もその中核として、データとテクノロジーを積極的に取り込み、知財業務そのものの変革と価値創出の最大化を図るとともに、全社的なデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）推進に伴い、データベースやプログラム、オープンソースソフトウェア（OSS）、生成AIなど、デジタル起点で生じる知財課題に迅速かつ適切に対応する体制強化を推進中。これらの実現のため、DXと知財の両領域に知見を持ち、戦略立案から実装・運用までを一貫してリードできる人財を募集。 職務内容： ・知財業務のDX推進：生成AI、デジタル／ITツール、知財管理システム等を活用した知財業務プロセスの設計・最適化および実装・運用等 ・DX×知財領域における知財課題（データベース・プログラム・OSS・生成AIに関する著作権等）への対応 職種の魅力： 研究開発部門、事業部門等との幅広い協働作業を通じて製薬会社におけるバリューチェーン全般にわたって製品およびサービスの価値最大化に貢献できる機会に恵まれている ----- Background to Recruitment: Chugai is accelerating the "development of innovative new drugs using digital technology" to achieve TOP I 2030, and our Intellectual Property Department, at the core of this effort, is actively incorporating data and technology to transform intellectual property operations and maximize value creation. In addition, in line with the promotion of company-wide digital transformation (DX), the company is strengthening its system to respond quickly and appropriately to intellectual property issues that arise from digital sources, such as databases, programs, open source software (OSS), and generative AI. To achieve this, we are looking for the skilled person with knowledge of both DX and intellectual property, who can consistently lead the process from strategy planning to implementation and operation. Description of Work: - Promoting DX of IP operations: Designing, optimizing, implementing, and operating IP business processes using generative AI, digital/IT tools, IP management systems, etc. - Addressing IP issues in the DX x IP field (copyrights related to databases, programs, OSS, generative AI, etc.) Position Features： Opportunities to contribute maximizing values of Chugai's products and services all through our value chains by collaborating with the other Chugai's functions including R&D and business  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・知的財産全般（特許、商標）の維持・管理業務または特許実務（権利化・活用等）の経験者［3年以上］ ・企業における知財業務の全体像に十分な知見を有する方 ・生成AI、デジタル・ITツール、知財管理システム等の活用経験 ・DX×知財領域における知財課題（データベース・プログラム・OSS・生成AIに関する著作権等）の実務経験があれば尚可 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・科学技術系または法学の学士歴 ・企業での知財経験 求める行動特性： ・関係者を巻き込みながら、主体的に課題を抽出し解決策を導き出し、実行する ・チャレンジングな目標を設定し、成果を出すための当事者意識と責任をもって目標達成にコミットする 求める資格： ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC750点以上） ----- Desired Experience: ・Work experience in maintenance and administration of IP overall (patents and trademarks), or in patent prosecution/utilization at least 3 years ・Having enough knowledge in overview of IP operations in company ・Experience in utilizing generative AI, digital/IT tools, IP management systems, etc. ・Practical experience of IP matters in the DX x IP field (copyrights related to databases, programs, OSS, generative AI, etc.) is preferable Preferred Knowledge and Skills： ・At least a bacheler's degree [including master's or doctor's degree] in science and technology field or legal field ・Work experience for IP in company Desired Competencies: ・Behavior to proactively endeavor to identify, establish and implement a solution for IP issues by involving various internal and external stakeholders ・Behavior to commit setting and achieving aggressive target by demonstrating ownership and accountability Desired Qualifications: ・Capability to communicate in English [at least score 750 in TOEIC estimation]  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria. 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
