Description of work: ・Crystallization process study in process development, scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing site of novel chemical pharmaceuticals ・Development of new technologies for crystallization and solid handling process Position features : ・Innovation in pharmaceutical technology is essential to deliver Chugai's innovative small-molecule and middle-molecule pharmaceuticals. (e.g. a project leader in CMC development, a project leader in supply chain management, or a researcher in manufacturing, science and technology)  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・修士課程もしくは博士課程を修了して、企業（製薬、化学等）で3年以上の化学工学をベースとした晶析プロセスの製法開発業務に従事。 ・医薬品やファインケミカルの分野において、固体を取り扱う単位操作（ろ過、乾燥、粉砕等）の製法開発・スケールアップ経験 （以下の経験があるとなお良い） ・FBRM、PVM、Raman 等、PAT技術を活用したプロセス開発 ・連続晶析プロセス開発 ・晶析シミュレーション 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・高い化学工学（晶析）、もしくは、プロセス化学の知識と実践能力 ・技術レポート作成、コミュニケーションレベルの英語力 （以下のスキルがあるとなおよい。） ・Aspen Plus、gPROMS等の化学工学シミュレーション技術や機械学習などデータサイエンス技術 求める行動特性（期待役割）： ・最先端の科学技術を駆使した新たな価値創出に向けて情熱と当事者意識をもって取り組み、トップイノベーターとして世界の製薬技術をけん引し、競合優位な製薬技術を確立することができる。 ・社内外の多様なステークホルダーと協業し、チームとして価値を最大化する。 ・明確な正解のない複雑な問題に対して、多角的な視点から本質的な課題を捉え、多様な評価軸を駆使してベストと考える解決策を丁寧に、且つ迅速に導く。 ---- Desired experience : ・Completed Master's degree or Ph.D. with over 3 years of practical experience in crystallization process development based on chemical engineering in industry (such as pharmaceutical and chemical, etc.) ・Experience in process development and scale-up of unit operations handling solids (filtration, drying, milling, etc.) in the pharmaceutical or fine chemical fields Even better if you have the following experience : ・Process development utilizing PAT (Process Analytical Technology) tools such as FBRM, PVM, Raman, etc. ・Continuous crystallization process development ・Crystallization simulation Desired skills/knowledge/abilities : ・In-depth knowledge of chemical engineering (crystallization) or process chemistry, extensive practical ability ・English skill to write technical report and communication Even better if you have the following experience : ・Chemical engineering simulation technologies such as Aspen Plus, gPROMS, and data science technologies including machine learning Desired competencies : ・Take ownership and have passion in creating value from the best use of state-of-the-art science and technologies, and lead the industry as one of the top leading innovators." ・Maximize value as a team through collaboration with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the company. ・Identify the essential issues of complex problems which do not have clear answer, and promptly provide the well-considered best possible solution by making full use of various perspectives and evaluation axes.  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
