In promoting DX, a highly advanced security framework is essential. Against this backdrop, we are seeking a professional who can lead cybersecurity strategy formulation through execution, risk and incident management, monitoring, as well as education and talent development across the company. Description of work : As a member of the Cybersecurity Leadership function, you will lead initiatives including, but not limited to, the following: ・　Formulation and execution of company-wide cybersecurity strategy ・　Policy development and enhancement for cyber risk management, incident response, and cyber BCP ・　Technical leadership of the security monitoring and incident response team, focusing on damage containment and minimization ・　Fostering a strong security culture, including awareness programs, training initiatives, and talent development ・　Driving cross-functional, enterprise-wide security initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, internal and external coordination, and collaboration with vendors and partners ・　Budgeting and resource planning and securing, including obtaining internal approvals ・　Reporting to and making proposals for executive management Position Features: Digital transformation in the pharmaceutical industry is highly advanced, and the associated security requirements continue to evolve on a daily basis. This position provides the opportunity to lead end-to-end cybersecurity initiatives across the company, ranging from company-wide cybersecurity strategy and monitoring to incident response, security culture development, and talent cultivation.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ＜必須要件＞ ・サイバーセキュリティマネジメント業務のリード経験（5年以上） ・全社または複数部門を跨ぐサイバーセキュリティ施策の企画・推進経験 ・サイバーセキュリティインシデントの対応経験(リードとして) ＜歓迎要件＞ ・海外を含むステークホルダーとの交渉・合意形成を主導した経験 ・組織マネージメントの経験 ・IT基盤/NWの構築やシステム開発および運用に関する経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・全社戦略・方針へ落とし込める総合的知識と深い専門性 ・技術トレンドを継続監視し、未解決領域の課題特定〜戦略策定を主導できる問題解決力 ・経営層向けの報告・提案力、部門横断の推進力 ・ビジネスで意思疎通ができる日本語力および英語力 求める行動特性： ・チームのミッションに落とし込み、仮説思考でアクションを導く ・自・他部門へ働きかけ、相反する意見も受容しながら推進 ・前例にとらわれず最適解を追求し変革を実行 ・高い成果に向けて軌道修正し完遂 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・CEFR B2 - (語学)英語 ----- Required Qualifications: Required: ・Over 5 years of experience leading cybersecurity management functions ・Experience in planning and driving cybersecurity initiatives across the entire company or multiple departments ・Hands-on experience leading responses to cybersecurity incidents Preferred: ・Proven experience leading negotiations and consensus-building with stakeholders, including those overseas ・People and organizational management experience ・Experience in IT infrastructure and network design/build, as well as system development and operations Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Comprehensive knowledge and deep expertise enabling translation of cybersecurity insights into company-wide strategies and policies ・Strong problem-solving capability to continuously monitor technology trends, identify challenges in unresolved areas, and lead strategy formulation ・Ability to report to and make proposals for executive management, and to drive cross-functional initiatives ・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English Desired Competencies: ・Ability to translate the team’s mission into concrete actions through hypothesis-driven thinking ・Capability to influence both own and other departments, advancing initiatives while embracing and reconciling conflicting viewpoints ・Mindset to pursue optimal solutions without being constrained by precedent, and to execute transformational change ・Strong ownership to course-correct toward high performance and drive initiatives through to completion Desired Qualification: ・Bachelor's degree or higher ・CEFR B2 - English  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria. 勤務形態：フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
