職務内容／Job duties 募集背景 「デジタル技術によって中外製薬のビジネスを革新し、社会を変えるヘルスケアソリューションを提供するトップイノベーターになる」というDXビジョンを掲げ、全社を挙げてデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進しています。今回は、全社DX戦略の立案・実行を担うグループの中核を担い、戦略策定から実行までをリードする人財を募集します。 業務内容 1. 全社DX戦略の立案・策定 - 中長期的な全社DXビジョン・戦略の立案およびロードマップ策定 - 外部環境（市場・技術・競合トレンド）と内部環境の分析に基づく戦略方向性の定義 - 経営層・各事業部門と連携した戦略の合意形成・承認プロセスの推進 - 現状とあるべき姿のギャップ分析に基づく戦略優先順位の設定 2. 全社DX戦略の実行推進 - 策定した戦略の全社横断的な実行管理・進捗モニタリング - 事業部門・IT部門・外部パートナーとの連携・調整による実行推進 - 戦略実行における課題・リスクの早期特定と対応策の立案 - KPI・効果測定フレームワークの構築と継続的な改善 3. ステークホルダーマネジメント・ガバナンス - 経営層・上級管理職への定期的な戦略進捗報告・提言 - 全社DX推進に関わる意思決定会議体への参画・支援 - 部門横断的なプロジェクト・タスクフォースのリード - 社内外のステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築・合意形成 職種の魅力 このポジションは、中外製薬のDX戦略の中枢を担う、インパクトの大きいリーダーシップロールです。経営幹部と直接連携しながら、戦略立案から実行まで一貫してデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進し、ヘルスケア業界と社会全体に真の変革をもたらすことに貢献できるポジションです。 ----- Background to recruitment: We are seeking a strategic leader to join our company-wide DX strategy team, responsible for leading the planning and execution of our enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy. This role sits at the core of our DX Vision: "Becoming a top innovator that transforms Chugai Pharmaceutical's business through digital technology and delivers healthcare solutions that change society." Description of work : 1. Enterprise DX Strategy Formulation - Lead the development of mid-to-long-term DX vision, strategy, and roadmap - Define strategic direction based on external (market, technology, competitive trends) and internal environment analysis - Drive consensus-building and approval processes with senior management and business units - Set strategic priorities based on gap analysis between current state and desired future 2. Strategy Execution & Program Management - Oversee cross-functional execution of the DX strategy and monitor progress - Coordinate with business units, IT departments, and external partners to drive implementation - Identify and address execution risks and challenges proactively - Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and drive continuous improvement 3. Stakeholder Management & Governance - Provide regular strategy updates and recommendations to C-suite and senior leadership - Participate in and support digital investment decision-making governance bodies - Lead cross-functional project teams and task forces - Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders Position Features: This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Chugai Pharmaceutical's DX strategy. You will work directly with senior leadership to drive digital transformation from strategy to execution?contributing to meaningful change in the healthcare industry and society at large.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・大企業またはコンサルティングファームにおける、デジタル戦略・DX推進に関する実務経験（5年以上） ・全社規模のデジタル戦略・IT戦略の立案および実行推進の経験 ・経営層・上級管理職を含むステークホルダーへの提言・合意形成の経験 ・複数のデジタル・IT施策のポートフォリオ管理または大規模プロジェクトマネジメントの経験 ・戦略立案から実行・効果測定までの一貫したプロジェクト推進経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・経営層に対する明確・簡潔な報告・提言能力（資料作成含む） ・データに基づく現状分析・課題特定・優先順位付けの能力 ・アジャイル・リーン等のデジタル推進手法に関する知識 求める行動特性： ・あるべき姿から逆算して課題・打ち手を定義できる戦略的思考 ・組織の慣習や抵抗に対しても粘り強く変革を推進し、周囲を巻き込める変革推進力 ・部門・階層を超えて信頼関係を構築し、組織横断的に協働できるコラボレーション力 ・高い視座での戦略立案と現場への落とし込み・実行の両方を体現できる論理性と実行力 ・チームや関係者を牽引し、目標達成に向けて組織を動かせるリーダーシップ力 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（グローバル連携に対応できるレベル） ・日本語での高度なビジネスコミュニケーション能力 ----- Required Qualifications: ・5+ years of hands-on experience in digital strategy or DX promotion at a large corporation or consulting firm ・Experience in formulating and executing enterprise-level digital/IT strategies ・Proven track record of stakeholder management and consensus-building with C-suite and senior management ・Experience in portfolio management of multiple digital/IT initiatives or large-scale project management ・End-to-end project management from strategy to execution and impact measurement Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Strong executive communication and presentation skills ・Data-driven analytical skills for problem identification and prioritization ・Knowledge of agile, lean, and other digital delivery methodologies Desired Competencies: ・Strategic Thinking: Ability to define challenges and solutions by working backward from the desired future state ・Change Leadership: Tenacity to drive transformation despite organizational resistance ・Collaboration: Ability to build trust and work cross-functionally across departments and hierarchies ・Logical Thinking & Execution: Ability to both formulate high-level strategies and drive ground-level execution ・Leadership: Ability to inspire and mobilize teams and stakeholders toward shared goals Desired Qualification: ・Business-level English (capable of global collaboration) ・Advanced business-level Japanese  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria. 勤務形態：フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
