職務内容／Job duties 募集背景 デジタルトランスフォーメーション推進に貢献するデジタルワークプレイス整備のための体制強化 業務内容 Microsoft 365 を中心としたデジタルワークプレイス領域において、全社で利用するプラットフォームの設計・標準化・導入方針の検討を担い、関係部門と連携しながら導入・活用を推進するプラットフォームアーキテクトです。 主な業務内容 ・Microsoft 365 を中心としたデジタルワークプレイス領域におけるプラットフォーム全体像・標準方針の検討および設計 ・各部門、グループ会社、グローバル関係者と連携したニーズ整理、優先順位付け、および導入・展開の推進 ・Copilot や Power Platform などの新機能・新サービスについて、全社利用を前提とした導入可否の検討、設計、および定着・活用促進のリード ※ アプリケーション開発や個別実装を主とするエンジニア職ではなく、全社視点での設計・標準化・展開を担う役割です。 職種の魅力 Microsoft 365 や Copilot、Power Platform などを、単なるITツールではなく「全社の働き方を支えるプロダクト」として捉え、 企画・意思決定・展開をリードできるポジションです。 Copilot活用、デバイスのモダンマネジメント、Windows 365、アカウント管理・アクセス制御の最適化など、実際の全社案件を通じて、現場のニーズ、セキュリティ・運用の制約、グローバルとの方針整合を踏まえながら「何を標準とし、どう展開するか」を判断し、形にしていく役割を担います。 企画だけで終わらず、導入・定着までを見届けながら、本当に使われ、価値が出ている状態をつくる経験を積める点も、このポジションならではの魅力です。 ----- Background to recruitment: To increase IT infrastructure personnel to promote digital transformation and digital workplace enablement Description of work : This position serves as a Digital Workplace Platform Architect, responsible for designing and standardizing the organization-wide digital workplace platform centered on Microsoft 365, and for driving deployment and adoption in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Designing the overall platform architecture and defining standard approaches for the digital workplace domain centered on Microsoft 365 - Identifying needs, setting priorities, and driving deployment and rollout in collaboration with internal departments, group companies, and global stakeholders - Evaluating new features and services such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform, and leading decisions on organization-wide adoption, platform design, and sustained usage ※ This role focuses on platform design, standardization, and rollout at the enterprise level, rather than hands-on application development or coding. Position Features: This role positions Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and related technologies not merely as IT tools, but as products that support and shape how the entire organization works. You will be involved in planning, decision-making, and driving deployment from a product perspective across the company. Through hands-on involvement in real, company-wide initiatives?such as Copilot adoption, modern device management, Windows 365, and optimization of account management and access control?you will be responsible for determining what should be standardized and how it should be rolled out. This role requires balancing on-the-ground user needs with security and operational constraints, while also aligning with global policies and directions. Beyond planning alone, this position offers the opportunity to see initiatives through implementation and sustained adoption, gaining firsthand experience in creating solutions that are truly used and deliver tangible value across the organization.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ＜必須要件＞ ・Microsoft 365 などのデジタルワークプレイス領域において、全社または部門横断で利用される仕組み・基盤について、設計・導入・展開・運用・改善のいずれかを主担当として推進した実務経験（目安：3年以上）" ・複数のステークホルダー（社内部門、IT 管理者、ベンダー等）が関与する取り組みにおいて、ニーズ整理、制約条件の把握、優先順位付けを行い、合意形成を図りながら推進した経験 ・IT 部門とビジネス部門の間に立ち、技術・セキュリティ・運用上の制約を理解したうえで、現実的な選択肢を提示し、調整・判断を行った経験 ・社内外の関係者と協業しながら業務を進めるための、基本的なコミュニケーション能力（日本語必須） ・グローバル関係者との会議参加や、資料・メールの読解・やり取りなど、英語による業務コミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと ＜歓迎要件＞ ・Microsoft 365（Teams / SharePoint / Exchange / Copilot 等）の具体的な機能・サービスを対象とした企画、導入、展開、または利活用推進の経験 ・Microsoft Intune、Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory など、デバイス管理や ID・認証基盤を含むプラットフォーム領域に関与した経験 ・IT サービスや業務改革において、ユーザー定着や利用促進を目的としたチェンジマネジメント・展開活動に関わった経験 ・海外拠点や海外パートナーと連携したグローバル IT プロジェクトへの参画経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・デジタルワークプレイス領域に関する基本的な技術理解 ・ステークホルダーと連携しながら、意思決定・推進を行う能力 ・変化のある環境下でも、優先順位を整理し前に進める力 ・日本語および英語による業務コミュニケーション能力 求める行動特性： ・全体像や背景を理解したうえで、自分の担当領域について主体的に考え、やり切れる方 ・社内外・グローバルの関係者と協働しながら、必要な調整や合意形成を行い、物事を前に進められる方 ・ユーザー視点を持ち、導入そのものではなく「使われ、価値が出ること」を意識できる方 ・新しい技術や変化を前向きに捉え、分かりやすく伝えながら周囲と共有・展開できる方 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ＜歓迎要件＞ TOEIC700点以上(目安) ----- Desired experience: Required: - At least three years of hands-on experience in the digital workplace domain (e.g., Microsoft 365), where you have served as a primary owner in driving one or more of the following for platforms or services used across the organization or across multiple departments: design, implementation, rollout, operation, or continuous improvement" - Experience working on initiatives involving multiple stakeholders (such as internal departments, IT administrators, and vendors), including identifying needs, understanding constraints, setting priorities, and driving alignment through consensus-building - Experience acting as a bridge between IT and business teams, with the ability to propose realistic options and make adjustments or decisions while considering technical, security, and operational constraints - Basic communication skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (Japanese proficiency required) - No resistance to using English in business contexts, such as participating in meetings with global stakeholders and reading or exchanging documents and emails Preferred: - Experience working with specific Microsoft 365 services or features (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Copilot), including planning, implementation, rollout, or driving user adoption" - Experience in platform-related domains such as device management (Microsoft Intune) and/or identity and authentication platforms (Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory) - Experience contributing to change management or adoption initiatives, such as user enablement, communication, or rollout activities related to IT services or business process improvement - Experience participating in global IT projects, including collaboration with overseas offices or external partners Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Basic technical understanding of the digital workplace domain, including collaboration and productivity platforms ・Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and to make decisions and drive initiatives forward ・Ability to prioritize tasks and continue making progress in a dynamic and changing environment Business communication skills in both Japanese and English Desired Competencies: ・Ability to proactively think through and take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility, understanding the overall context and seeing tasks through to completion ・Ability to work collaboratively with internal, external, and global stakeholders, and to move initiatives forward through necessary coordination and consensus building ・Strong user-oriented mindset, with a focus not merely on deployment, but on ensuring solutions are actually used and deliver tangible value ・Positive attitude toward new technologies and change, with the ability to communicate them clearly and share them with others to support broader adoption Desired Qualification: Preferred: TOEIC score of 700 or higher (guideline)  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria. 勤務形態：フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
