職務内容／Job duties 募集背景 中外製薬では、CHUGAI DIGITAL VISION 2030として「デジタル技術によって中外製薬のビジネスを革新し、社会を変えるヘルスケアソリューションを提供するトップイノベーターになる」を掲げ、全社DXを加速しています。 この全社DXを成功に導くには、デジタルを活用した研究・早期開発フェーズの高度化（成功確率向上、創薬にかかる時間・コストの大幅な削減）、および全バリューチェーンにおける飛躍的な生産性向上が不可欠です。 このような背景のもと、研究・開発・生産などのビジネス部門と協働してデジタルプロダクトを企画、導入する機会が増加しているため、アソシエイトアーキテクト（プロダクトマネジャー）を募集します。 業務内容 本社のDX部門に所属し、主に研究・開発・生産などのR&D領域において、各領域のDX戦略を具現化するための具体的な手段やアクションプランの立案、実行を担います。主に以下のような業務を担当いただきます。 ・新規システム導入または拡張開発のリード、もしくはメンバとして、企画・要件定義・開発・運用保守（運用の実業務は外部パートナーに担っていただきます）まで一貫して推進する ・プロダクトが適用される業務領域において、ビジネスニーズを整理し、プロダクトの要件として具体化する ・ミドルウェア、インフラ、セキュリティ、データ利活用基盤などの周辺技術も踏まえ、全体最適の観点でアーキテクチャを検討する ・担当システムの安定稼働と継続的な改善を実現するため、運用保守管理、サービス改善、ライフサイクルを見据えた施策立案を行う ・部門横断での課題解決やDX施策の企画・推進を担い、関係部門・ベンダー・ステークホルダーとの連携を通じてプロジェクトを前進させる 職種の魅力 ・中外製薬が掲げるTOP I 2030実現のためのKey DriversであるDX、RED SHIFTに取り組むことができ、製薬ITとして革新的な取り組みに挑戦することができる ・ロシュというグローバルメガファーマとの連携機会もあり、グローバルな環境で働く機会がある。 ----- Background to recruitment: At Chugai Pharmaceutical, we have established CHUGAI DIGITAL VISION 2030: "To become a top innovator that revolutionizes Chugai's business through digital technology and provides healthcare solutions that change society," and are accelerating company-wide DX. To successfully lead this company-wide DX, it is essential to advance research and early development phases through digital utilization (improving success rates, dramatically reducing time and costs for drug discovery), and to achieve dramatic productivity improvements across the entire value chain. Against this background, as opportunities to plan and implement digital products in collaboration with business departments such as research, development, and production are increasing, we are recruiting Associate Architects (Product Managers). Description of work : As a member of the DX department at headquarters, you will be responsible for formulating and executing specific measures and action plans to realize DX strategies in each area, primarily in Research & Development fields such as research, development, and production. Your main responsibilities will include: ・As a lead or member of the new system implementations or enhancement projects, we will consistently promote planning, requirement definition, development, operation and maintenance (the actual operation work will be handled by an external partner). ・Organize business needs in the business area to which the product is applied and materialize them as product requirements. ・Based on peripheral technologies such as middleware, infrastructure, security, and data utilization infrastructure, the architecture is considered from the perspective of overall optimization. ・In order to achieve stable operation and continuous improvement of the products in charge, we will conduct operation and maintenance management, service improvement, and policy planning with an eye on the life cycle. ・Responsible for solving cross-functional issues and planning and promoting DX measures, and advancing projects through collaboration with related departments, vendors, and stakeholders. Position Features: ・You can work on DX and RED SHIFT, which are Key Drivers for realizing Chugai Pharmaceutical's TOP I 2030, and can take on innovative initiatives as pharmaceutical IT ・There are opportunities for collaboration with Roche, a global mega-pharma company, providing opportunities to work in a global environment  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ＜必須要件＞ ・システム導入、構築、運用、保守におけるプロジェクトマネジャーまたはチームリードの経験 ・ユーザー企業のDX部門/システム利用者、外部ベンダーなど多様なステークホルダー参加のもと、プロジェクトを遂行した経験 ・社内SE/コンサルタントとして顧客ビジネス部門課題を分析/改善策立案/実行推進を担当した経験 ・SAFeまたはScrumでのソリューション開発経験 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・製薬業界の業務アプリケーション（特にCSV対象システム）の開発および運用経験 ・SaaS、パッケージソフトウェアなどのソリューション選定・提案・導入経験 ・AWSやAzureなどのパブリッククラウドを利用した開発経験、運用保守経験 ・海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験 ・生成AIを活用したソリューションの開発経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・規模が大きいプロジェクトであっても着実に遂行するプロジェクトマネジメント力 ・ビジネスニーズを分析し、最適なソリューション、アーキテクチャを考える構想力 ・ビジネス部門、社外ビジネスパートナーとの協力関係を築き、プロジェクトを推進するためのコミュニケーション力・調整力 ・ビジネスで意思疎通ができる英語力（メール、会議：TOEIC600点以上） 求める行動特性： ・主体的に課題を発見し、解決に向けて行動できる ・関係者と信頼関係を築きながら協働できる ・変化に柔軟に対応し、粘り強くやり切れる ・論理的かつ創造的に物事を考え、改善を進められる ・チームで成果を出すことを重視し、必要に応じて周囲をリードできる 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・TOEIC600点以上 ----- Required Qualifications: Required: ・Experience as a project manager or team lead in system implementation, construction, operation, and maintenance ・Experience in executing projects with the participation of various stakeholders such as DX departments/system users of user companies and external vendors ・Experience as an in-house SE/consultant in charge of analyzing, planning, and promoting implementation of customer business department issues ・Experience developing solutions in SAFe or Scrum Preferred: ・Experience in developing and operating business applications in the pharmaceutical industry, especially CSV target systems ・Experience in selecting, proposing, and introducing solutions such as SaaS and packaged software ・Experience in development, operation and maintenance using public clouds such as AWS and Azure ・Experience collaborating in English with overseas affiliates, partner companies, or external service providers ・Experience in developing solutions using generative AI Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Project management skills with the ability to steadily drive even large-scale projects to completion. ・Conceptual and solution design skills, with the ability to analyze business needs and develop optimal solutions and design approaches. ・Communication and coordination skills to build collaborative relationships with business departments and external business partners and drive projects forward. ・Business-level English communication skills for emails and meetings (TOEIC score of 600 or above).
