To successfully lead this DX transformation, it is essential to drive business innovation through digital across the entire RED (Research, Early Development & Development) value chain ? spanning research, drug discovery, clinical development, pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, and reliability assurance ? and to improve both the quality and speed of decision-making. Against this background, We are recruiting an Associate Business Architect to collaborate with business departments across RED domains, covering the full cycle from digital strategy formulation to execution and outcome monitoring. The Business Architect serves as a translator and designer bridging business and digital ? defining the direction of digital initiatives based on business challenges and driving them through to implementation. Description of work : As a member of the DXU (Digital Transformation Unit) at headquarters, you will collaborate with business departments across the RED domains (research, TR, clinical development, pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, reliability assurance, etc.) and be responsible for the following: ■ Digital Strategy Formulation and Execution ・Align the digital strategy of assigned departments with overall DXU policies (including AI Everywhere and AI Transformation), and support the development and promotion of department-level digital roadmaps. ・Visualize the portfolio of digital initiatives within the department and build and operate mechanisms for prioritization, resource allocation, and outcome monitoring. ■ Planning, Requirement Definition, and Execution of Key Themes and Projects ・Structure business challenges within departments, and propose directions for digital initiatives including AI and data utilization (AI Agents, RWD, Knowledge Graphs, etc.). ・Lead or participate as a member across the full cycle ? from PoC design and execution to real-world implementation and impact measurement. ・Coordinate and collaborate with other groups within DXU (Product Management, Data Science, AI, Data Infrastructure, etc.) and external partners. ■ Consensus Building and Relationship Management with Departments ・Design and manage regular communication with department DX leaders (DXLs), management, and on-site staff. ・Prepare issue-structuring materials and proposals to connect business needs with DXU execution, and drive decision-making forward. ■ Knowledge Systematization and Horizontal Deployment ・Organize success cases and promotion processes from assigned domains as standard patterns within Business Architect Group, and contribute to deployment across other departments and themes. You will have direct access to GMs and department heads, with rich feedback and a tailored career development path (GM track, professional specialist track, etc.) designed alongside you.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ＜必須要件＞ ・製薬企業または医療・ヘルスケア関連業界での3年以上の実務経験 　（臨床開発・TR・生物統計・薬事・製薬プロセス・研究・医療情報等、いずれかのドメイン経験を有すること） ・デジタル施策・ITプロジェクトにおいて、リードまたは主担当として推進した経験（規模・期間問わず、企画〜実行〜評価の一連を担った経験） ・複数の部門・組織をまたいだステークホルダー調整・合意形成の実務経験 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・ビジネスアーキテクト・デジタル戦略企画・DX推進専門職としての経験 ・AI Agent・生成AI・RWD・Knowledge Graph等の活用またはPoC推進経験 ・アジャイル開発（SAFe・Scrum等）の実務経験 ・Roche・グローバル製薬企業との協業・英語コミュニケーション経験 ・製薬業界における規制対応（GxP・CSV等）の知識・経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・ビジネス課題を構造化し、デジタル活用の方向性を整理・提言できる思考力（論点整理・選択肢提示・根拠の明示） ・部門の優先度・リソース・KPIを踏まえた施策ポートフォリオの可視化と判断材料の作成力 ・関係者に「意思決定できる形」で情報を届けるコミュニケーション・資料作成力 ・データエンジニアリング・AI・クラウド・アプリケーション開発に関する基礎的な知識（ITパスポート相当以上） 専門エンジニア（アプリ・インフラ・データ・プラットフォーム等）の言っていることを概ね理解し、ビジネス側との橋渡しができるレベルが望ましい ・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力、または日本語での高度なビジネスコミュニケーションが可能なレベル（部門マネジメント・現場担当者との密なコミュニケーションが必要なため） ・ビジネスで意思疎通ができる英語力（メール・会議：TOEIC 600点以上を目安） 求める行動特性： ・「部門の真のニーズ」を起点に、自ら問いを立て、仮説を持って動ける主体性 ・不確実・曖昧な状況でも「まず動いて、学んで、修正する」行動力と柔軟性 ・戦略を「絵に描いた餅」で終わらせず、実装・成果まで持ち込む完遂力 ・異なる専門性・バックグラウンドを持つ人々の「共通言語」を作り、協働を促進するコミュニケーション力 ・自身の経験・知見を「型・仕組み」として組織に還元できる構造化力とチームへの貢献意識 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・四年制大学卒以上 ----- Required Qualifications: Required: ・3+ years of practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare-related sectors (in any of the following domains: clinical development, TR, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical processes, research, or medical information) ・Experience leading or serving as the primary responsible party for digital initiatives or IT projects (covering the full cycle of planning, execution, and evaluation, regardless of scale or duration) ・Practical experience in stakeholder coordination and consensus building across multiple departments and organizations Preferred: ・Experience as a Business Architect, digital strategy planner, or DX specialist ・Experience with or PoC execution involving AI Agents, generative AI, RWD, or Knowledge Graphs ・Practical experience in agile development (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) ・Experience collaborating with Roche or global pharmaceutical companies, including English communication ・Knowledge of or experience with pharmaceutical regulatory compliance (GxP, CSV, etc.) Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Ability to structure business challenges and formulate and propose directions for digital utilization (issue mapping, option presentation, evidence-based reasoning) ・Ability to visualize initiative portfolios and prepare decision-support materials, taking into account departmental priorities, resources, and KPIs ・Communication and documentation skills to deliver information to stakeholders in a form that enables decision-making ・Foundational knowledge of data engineering, AI, cloud computing, and application development (equivalent to IT Passport level or above).
