AI Everyday, AI Everywhere, and AI Transformation ? including the development of a company-wide AI platform (Chugai AI Platform) and the deployment of AI use cases across business divisions. The AI Innovation Group serves as the core group driving this strategy, overseeing Enterprise AI Architecture, developing LLM/agent-based applications, and building democratized AI development infrastructure. To accelerate these initiatives, we are seeking a professional who can both lead architecture governance and drive AI adoption in business divisions. Description of work : ・Define and oversee the overall Enterprise AI Architecture strategy. Standardize design guidelines for cloud infrastructure, AI agents, and data integration, and provide technical direction to related teams. ・Lead the technical roadmap and architecture reviews for the Chugai AI Platform . Evaluate and determine adoption of emerging technologies such as LLMs and multi-agent frameworks. ・Participate in the design and implementation of company-wide AI applications such as AI Buddy and AI Assistant. Build PoCs and prototypes to demonstrate technical direction. ・Collaborate with business divisions to identify AI use cases from business challenges and support end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment. ・Build mechanisms for democratized AI development (citizen developer enablement) using low-code AI development tools, and establish technical standards. Position Features: Chugai Pharmaceutical's AI Innovation Group is at the forefront of building the company's AI strategy from the ground up. From architecting the Chugai AI Platform to delivering company-wide AI applications such as AI Buddy and AI agents, to driving use case deployment across R&D, manufacturing, and Value Delivery ? this team owns AI implementation end-to-end. In this role, you will lead Chugai's AI transformation with a hands-on mindset: not just advising, but designing, building, and delivering together with business divisions. We welcome those who want to contribute to the future of healthcare through both technology and business.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： 1. エンタープライズ規模のAI／クラウドアーキテクチャ設計経験（3年以上）。複数チーム・複数システムにまたがる設計統括の実績 2. LLM・AIエージェントを用いたシステムの実装経験。RAG・オーケストレーション・API連携等を自ら手を動かして開発した実績 3. 事業部門・非エンジニアへのAIユースケース提案・推進経験。技術をビジネス価値に翻訳し、合意を取った実績 4. アジャイル開発環境でのテクニカルリード経験 【さらに以下の経験や実績があると尚可】 ・製薬・ヘルスケア・規制産業でのシステム開発経験 ・MLOps・データ基盤（Snowflake等）の設計・運用経験 ・AIガバナンス・リスク管理の実務経験（ISO 42001等） ・社内AI推進・DX推進組織での勤務経験 " 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・クラウドインフラ（AWS または GCP）の設計・構築スキル ・AI/LLMアプリケーション開発スキル。LLMオーケストレーションフレームワーク等の活用経験 ・システムアーキテクチャ設計スキル（API設計・マイクロサービス・データ連携設計） ・IaC（Terraform等）を用いたインフラ自動化の知識 技術的な内容を非エンジニアにわかりやすく説明するコミュニケーション能力 求める行動特性： ・アーキテクチャ方針を言語化し、関係チームに「何をいつまでに」と指示して動かせるリーダーシップ ・曖昧な状況を自ら構造化し、意思決定を促進できる問題解決力 ・方針策定にとどまらず、自らPoC・プロトタイプを作って示せる実行力 ・外部パートナー（クラウドベンダー・SIer等）を使いこなしながら、自社側が主導するスタンスで動ける協働力 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・TOEIC 730以上、または同等の英語力 ・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力（日本語能力試験N1保有あるいは同等の能力） ----- Required Qualifications: Required: 1. 3+ years of enterprise-scale AI/cloud architecture design experience, including cross-team and cross-system architecture governance. 2. Hands-on experience building systems using LLMs and AI agents, including RAG, orchestration, and API integration. 3. Experience proposing and driving AI use cases for business divisions and non-technical stakeholders, with a track record of translating technology into business value. 4. Experience as a technical lead in an agile development environment. Preferred: ・Experience in system development in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry. ・Experience designing and operating MLOps or data infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake). ・Practical experience in AI governance and risk management (e.g., ISO 42001). ・Experience working in an in-house AI or DX promotion organization. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Skills in designing and building cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP). ・AI/LLM application development skills, including experience with LLM orchestration frameworks. ・System architecture design skills including API design, microservices, and data integration. ・Knowledge of infrastructure automation using IaC tools such as Terraform. ・Communication skills to explain technical content clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Desired Competencies: ・Leadership to articulate architecture decisions and drive action by providing clear direction ("what by when") to related teams. ・Problem-solving ability to structure ambiguous situations and drive decisions. ・Execution mindset ? not just setting direction, but building PoCs and prototypes to demonstrate viability. ・Collaborative mindset to lead engagements with external partners (cloud vendors, SIers, etc.) while keeping Chugai in the driver's seat.
