職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 開発新薬の増加に伴い、注射剤や経口剤の包装開発案件が増加している。特に経口剤ブリスター開発において即戦力の人財を募集している。具体的には、種々の製剤に対して、治験薬用、商用にむけた包装設計および製法の立ち上げ経験が豊富な方で、患者さん開封性など機能性付与のための包装設計の開発経験がある方を求めている。 仕事内容： ・内容製剤に応じ、種々の包材を用いた経口剤ブリスターの開発　 ・包装仕様、商用製法仕様の設定及びCMOへの技術移転 ・患者さんニーズ、医療従事者ニーズに応じた製品改良 ・社内関係部署及びCMOとの円滑なコミュニケーションにより業務推進をリード 職種の魅力： 自身が手掛けた開発品を通じて、当社コアバリューである「患者中心」の実現に貢献し、患者さんにこれまでにない価値（利便性）を感じて頂ける。 ----- Background to recruitment: With the increasing number of new drug development projects, the number of packaging development projects for both injectable and oral dosage forms is also on the rise. In particular, we are seeking candidates who can immediately contribute to the development of oral solid blister packaging. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with extensive experience in packaging design and process development for a variety of formulations, from clinical trial materials to commercial production. Candidates should also have experience in developing packaging designs that incorporate functional features, such as improved ease of opening for patients. Description of work: ・Development of oral solid blister packaging using various packaging materials tailored to different formulation characteristics. ・Establishment of packaging specifications and commercial manufacturing processes, as well as technology transfer to CMOs. ・Product improvements based on the needs of patients and healthcare professionals. ・Leading project execution through effective communication with internal stakeholders and CMOs. Position features : Through the products I have developed, contribute to realizing our core value of “patient-centricity” and deliver unprecedented value and convenience to patients.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・種々経口剤の包装設計および生産立ち上げとCMOへの技術移転において数品目の経験 ・バイアルやオートインジェクターなど注射剤の包装設計および生産立ち上げ経験があれば尚良い 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・ブリスター包装開発に必要な技術（包材物性の知識、成形技術、GMP） ・社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションスキル ・バイアルおよびオートインジェクター用カートナー製法技術（あれば尚良し） 求める行動特性： ・発生する課題に率先して対峙し、周囲を巻き込んで解決までやりきる ・若手研究員の活動の支援を通じて、自身の技術や知識を伝承する ・社内外の関係者と協力関係を構築し、業務を円滑に推進する 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・修士卒以上（薬学部6年制卒を含む。薬学、工学、理学等） ・TOEIC 730以上が好ましい ---- Desired experience : ・Experience in multiple products involving packaging design, manufacturing start-up, and technology transfer to CMOs for various oral solid dosage forms. ・Experience in packaging design and manufacturing start-up for injectable products, such as vials and autoinjectors, is preferred. Desired skills/knowledge/abilities : ・Technical expertise required for blister packaging development (knowledge of packaging material properties, forming technology, and GMP). ・Communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. ・Cartoning process technology for vials and autoinjectors (preferred). Desired competencies : ・Take initiative in addressing emerging challenges, actively engaging stakeholders, and ensuring solutions are fully implemented. ・Facilitate the transfer of technical expertise and knowledge by supporting and mentoring junior researchers. ・Establish strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of operations.
