職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： パイプライン増加が見込まれるCVM領域におけるエビデンス創出活動に参入していくにあたり、Unmet Medical Needs解消のためのMedical戦略の計画立案ならびに適切な臨床研究実施計画を立案・実行できる要員が不足しているため、即戦力として活躍できる人財を募集する 仕事内容： CVM領域における最新情報やUnmet Medical Needs等の情報を収集・分析することで、Medical GAPを特定し、患者さんに貢献するためのMedical戦略を計画・実行する 職種の魅力： メディカルアフェアーズ本部のミッションは、真に患者さんにとって有用となる重要な医学的エビデンスを創出・発信・浸透させることで、世界の医療と製薬の架け橋になることです。 私たちは、今いる患者さんの治療をより良いものに変えていくために、変化しつづける医療現場と科学に向き合って、とことん考え抜き、実行し、結果にたどり着くことで、「患者さんの明るい未来を創る」ために役立つ、科学性の高いデータや情報を届けていきます。 ---- Background to Recruitment: As we expand into evidence generation activities in the CVM field, where pipeline growth is anticipated, we are currently facing a shortage of talent capable of developing and executing medical strategies to address Unmet Medical Needs, as well as designing and implementing appropriate clinical research plans. Therefore, we are seeking professionals who can immediately contribute as effective and impactful members of our team. Description of Work: To plan and execute healthcare strategies that benefit patients by identifying Medical GAPS and collecting and analyzing information such as current and unmet healthcare needs in the Cardiovascular and Metabolic therapeutic area Position Features： Medical Affairs Division's mission is to bridge between global medicine and pharmaceuticals by creating, disseminating and disseminating important medical evidence that is truly useful to patients. We aim to improve the treatment of existing patients. To that end, we will provide highly scientific data and information that will help us to ""create a bright future for patients"" by confronting the ever-changing medical field and science, thinking thoroughly, implementing them, and reaching the results.   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・研究およびメディカル活動を計画、実行する経験 ・戦略を立案し、チームをリードする経験 ・（あれば尚可）製薬会社でのCVM領域（抗肥満薬）担当経験 ・本社マーケやプロダクトマネジャーも可 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・CVM領域における高い専門性を有し、最新の情報を更新し続けられること ・科学的データやエビデンスに基づいた論理構築力 ・国内外スタッフと良好なコミュニケーションが可能であること 求める行動特性： ・高い視座を持ち中長期的な戦略を構築し、それを基に行動できる ・困難な課題に対しても関係者を巻き込みながら最善の解決策を導き出そうとする ・高い倫理観を持ち，常に誠実な行動で、顧客の期待に応えることができる 求める資格： TOEIC 730点以上 または同等の英語でのコミュニケーション力 ---- Desired experience ・Experience in planning and conducting research and medical activities ・Experience in planning strategies and leading teams ・(Preferred/Optional) Experience in the CVM field at a pharmaceutical company Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Highly specialized in the Cardiovascular and Metabolic therapeutic area and able to keep up to date with the latest information ・Ability to develop logic based on scientific data and evidence ・Good communication with domestic and foreign staff.
