デジタルソリューション部コーポレートアプリケーショングループでは、中外製薬のコーポレート領域において業務領域横断での変革プロジェクトを実行しています。それにより、従業員エクスペリエンスの変革、業務プロセスの根本的な見直しによる生産性の向上、コーポレート機能が必要とするデータ・インテリジェンス基盤の構築など、中外製薬がヘルスケア産業のトップイノベーターとなる基盤を強化していきます。
中外製薬全体でAI活用が進みつつある中で、今までの業務手順を前提とするシステム化ではなく、複数の業務領域にわたって業務とシステムのあるべき姿を根本からとらえ直し、変革・改善機会をプログラム/プロジェクトに落とし込み、実行をリードできる人財を必要としています。
業務内容：
デジタルソリューション部に所属し、リーダー、または管理職候補として、コーポレート機能のAI-Native化を横断的に取り組んでいただきます。
中外製薬におけるAI戦略(AI-BPR)およびデータ戦略(データメッシュ構想)に基づき、コーポレートの各業務領域のキーパーソンと「共創」しながら、課題定義、めざす姿の構想、実行すべき施策への落とし込みとそれらの実行までをお任せします。ビジネスアーキテクト、ビジネスアナリスト、ソリューションアーキテクト、プロダクトマネジャーなど、ご本人の希望する立場・観点を持ちながらも、「アウトカム」の創出にこだわってプロジェクトの企画と実行をリードいただきます。
ご本人の経験値と希望により、例えば、以下のような複数の案件に取り組む機会があります。

・Attract to Retireのエクスペリエンスを変革する人事デジタルプラットフォームの再構築(AI技術、ServiceNow、Workday等を活用したUX向上とHeadless Architectureの実装)
・ファイナンス領域、特に、予算・業績管理業務の再構築
・コーポレート領域におけるデータのデータプロダクト化とデータガバナンスの確立
・Product AnalyticsやDigital Adoption基盤を活用したユーザーエクスペリエンスの改善施策の実行
・Rocheと連携したSAP基盤におけるデータ活用施策の実行
・Rocheと連携したヘルスケアコンプライアンス業務の再構築
・システム運用・保守の可視化と継続的改善によるオペレーショナルエクセレンスの獲得

・取り扱う案件の規模と数に比較して、社員の人数は限られているため、裁量をもって取り組めます。一案件の担当者であっても、コンサルティングファームや開発パートナーを率いて、自らの意思で案件をリードできます。
・中外製薬では、自らのAI戦略に則り、AI-BPRの方法論の開発と改善にも取り組んでおりますので、その土台の上でさらに高みをめざしてジャンプできます。
・流行のツールを使うことは目的ではありませんが、比較的新しいツールを活用しながら、課題解決していく経験値も得られます。
・システム実装については、内製化できる力を身につけながらも、多くの場合は実作業は外部パートナーに担っていただき、コミュニケーションしながらデリバリーすることを想定します。

Background to recruitment:
Corporate Application Group within the Digital Solution Department is executing cross-functional transformation projects across Chugai Pharmaceutical’s corporate domain. Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance the foundation that enables Chugai to become a top innovator in the healthcare industry by transforming employee experience, improving productivity through fundamental business process reengineering, and building a data and intelligence platform required by corporate functions.
As AI adoption continues to advance across Chugai Pharmaceutical, we are seeking an architect and product manager who can go beyond developing systems for existing business procedures. Instead, such individuals should be able to fundamentally rethink the ideal state of business processes and systems across multiple domains, translate transformation and improvement opportunities into programs and projects, and lead their execution.
Description of work :
As a member of the Digital Solution Department, you will take a cross-functional role in driving the AI-native transformation of corporate functions, serving either as a leader or as a candidate for a manager position.
Based on Chugai AI strategy (AI-BPR) and Chugai data strategy (implementation of data mesh concept), you will co-create with key stakeholders across various corporate domains to define issues, conceptualize the target state, translate them into actionable initiatives, and lead their execution. While adopting a role and perspective aligned with your interests-such as business architect, business analyst, solution architect, or product manager-you will be expected to lead the planning and execution of projects with a strong focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
Depending on your experience and aspirations, you have the opportunity to work on multiple initiatives such as the following:
Example initiatives:
・Rebuilding a digital HR platform to transform the “Attract to Retire” experience (enhancing UX and implementing a headless architecture using AI technologies, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)
・Reengineering finance operations, particularly in budgeting and enterprise performance management
・Transforming corporate data into data products and establishing data governance
・Driving user experience improvements using Product Analytics and Digital Adoption platforms
・Implementing data utilization initiatives on SAP platforms in collaboration with Roche
・Reconstructing healthcare compliance operations in collaboration with Roche
・Achieving operational excellence through visualization and continuous improvement of system operations and maintenance

Required Qualifications:
Required:
・Experience (3+ years) in leading business design, system design, and development in corporate domains such as accounting, procurement, legal, and HR, serving as a business architect, business analyst, product manager, or as a problem-solving partner.
・Experience (3+ years) in formulating optimal solution architectures and identifying core business needs by applying logical thinking, business analysis, and IT knowledge, and by drafting key deliverables such as project proposals, requirements definitions, and design documents by yourself.
・Experience (3+ years) in internal communication involving a wide range of stakeholders across the organization or multiple departments.
・Experience (1+ year) in developing and maintaining systems in accordance with frameworks provided by system integration vendors or software product vendors.
・Experience (1+ year) in working in English with team members outside Japan.
Preferred:
・Experience in system planning and conceptual design using enterprise architecture methodologies or modeling languages.
・Experience in proposing and selecting solutions such as SaaS, packaged software, or consulting services.
・Knowledge of, or practical experience with, Lean, Agile, and DevOps practices.
・Experience in implementing and utilizing business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse solutions.
・Experience in implementing and utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
