注射剤処方製法研究担当者/ Researcher for formulation and manufacturing process of injectable drug product

職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 注射剤技術開発機能の強化 仕事内容： ・開発候補分子に対する物性評価および処方設計 ・製造プロセス開発、およびスケールアップ検討 ・一次容器（バイアル、シリンジ等）の選定・評価 職種の魅力： 製剤開発を通じて新しい製品を世界に届けることにより、患者さんや医療に貢献できていることを実感できる ----- Background to recruitment: Reinforcement of technical development capabilities for injectable drug product Description of work: ・Physicochemical characterization and formulation development for candidate molecules ・Development and scale-up of manufacturing process ・Selection and assessment of primary packaging (vial, syringe, etc.) Position features : You can truly feel that you are contributing to patients and healthcare by delivering new drugs to the world through formulation development  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・注射剤の処方設計の実務経験 ・注射剤の製造プロセス開発の実務経験 ・抗体等のタンパク質の物性評価経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力 ・国内・海外のレギュレーション、ガイドラインに関する知識 求める行動特性： ・周囲のメンバーを巻き込みながらリーダーシップを発揮して業務を推進する ・柔軟な発想とチャレンジ精神を持って新しい技術の開発・導入に取り組む 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・修士卒以上（薬学、理学、工学等） ・TOEIC 730点以上 ---- Desired experience : ・Experiences of formulation development for injectable drug product ・Experiences of manufacturing process development for injectable drug product ・Assessment of physicochemical properties for proteins such as antibodies Desired skills/knowledge/abilities : ・Communication skill in English ・Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in Japan/global Desired competencies : ・Drive work forward by demonstrating leadership while engaging and involving team members ・Engage in the development and introduction of new technologies with innovative thinking and a bold, challenge-driven mindset Desired Qualification： ・Master degree or higher (pharmacology, science, engineering, etc.) ・TOEIC score over730  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
