職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 薬物投与デバイス開発機能の強化 仕事内容： ・市場ニーズに基づいた薬物投与デバイスの選定・評価 ・薬物投与デバイスの開発 ・薬物投与デバイスの組み立てプロセスの立上げ 職種の魅力： 製剤開発を通じて新しい製品を世界に届けることにより、患者さんや医療に貢献できていることを実感できる ----- Background to recruitment: Reinforcement of technical development capabilities for drug delivery devices Description of work: ・Selection and assessment on drug delivery devices based on market needs ・Development of drug delivery devices ・Establishment of assembly processes for drug delivery devices Position features : You can truly feel that you are contributing to patients and healthcare by delivering new drugs to the world through formulation development  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・投与デバイス開発の実務経験 ・医療機器開発の実務経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力 ・国内・海外のレギュレーション、ガイドラインに関する知識 求める行動特性： ・周囲のメンバーを巻き込みながらリーダーシップを発揮して業務を推進する ・柔軟な発想とチャレンジ精神を持って新しい技術の開発・導入に取り組む 必須資格(TOEIC含)： ・修士卒以上（薬学、理学、工学等） ・TOEIC 730点以上 ---- Desired experience : ・Experiences of drug delivery device development ・Experiences of medical device development Desired skills/knowledge/abilities : ・Communication skill in English ・Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in Japan/global Desired competencies : ・Drive work forward by demonstrating leadership while engaging and involving team members ・Engage in the development and introduction of new technologies with innovative thinking and a bold, challenge-driven mindset Desired Qualification： ・Master degree or higher (pharmacology, science, engineering, etc.) ・TOEIC score over730  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
