To achieve further optimal purchasing in the capital investment category (construction, production equipment, repair, laboratory equipment, etc.) and to transform into strategic functions, strengthening and practicing category management and sourcing activities is essential. We are seeking talent with experience and high capability in the procurement field of capital investment. Description of work: Responsible for practical tasks such as capital investment (procurement, maintenance, and repair) in the lab category, as well as sourcing (supplier selection, negotiation, catalog strategy) for laboratory consumables (reagents and laboratory consumables). Furthermore, as areas to strengthen procurement support going forward, we anticipate lab-related procurement support for overseas subsidiaries, pharmaceutical research and production-related services, CMO procurement support, and chemical API procurement support (responsibilities will be set according to procurement status). In procurement, you will have opportunities to learn and grow through Roche's advanced methods and skills.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ＜必須＞ ・企業での調達経験5年以上、カテゴリマネジメント並びにソーシング実務経験 ・設備投資・ラボ消耗品等のカテゴリのソーシング実務経験 ＜歓迎＞ ・購買機能の変革への参画経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・ユーザである社内ビジネス部門およびサプライヤと信頼関係を構築し、利害関係が一致しない関係者間の調整・交渉ができるコミュニケーション能力 ・データや収集した情報に基づく戦略立案力、実行力 ・グローバルに通用する設備投資カテゴリ（商材）での調達専門知識およびスキル 求める行動特性： ・主体的かつ戦略的に関係者を巻き込み、説得し、動かしていける ・利害が対立し抵抗にあってもあきらめずに成果を追求する ・高い協調性とアサーティブネスさをもって物事を推進できる 求める資格： ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可（TOEIC 700点以上） ---- Desired experience: (Required) ・Over 5 years of procurement experience at a company, with practical experience in category management and sourcing. ・Practical experience in sourcing in the capital investment category. (Preferred) ・Experience participating in the transformation of purchasing functions. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Communication skills that build trust with internal business departments and suppliers who are users, enabling coordination and negotiation among stakeholders whose interests do not align. ・Strategic planning and execution capabilities based on data and collected information ・Procurement expertise and skills in globally recognized capital investment categories (products) Desired competencies: ・Able to proactively and strategically involve stakeholders, persuade them, and move them forward. ・Even when interests conflict and resistance arises, we pursue results without giving up. ・Able to drive things forward with high cooperation and assertiveness.
