職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 知財機能強化の一環 職務内容： 知財を巡る紛争および訴訟への対応 契約およびその交渉に際しての知財面からの支援 職種の魅力： 研究開発部門、ビジネス部門等との幅広い協働作業を通じて製薬会社におけるバリューチェーン全般にわたって製品およびサービスの価値最大化に貢献できる機会に恵まれている ---- Background to Recruitment: One of measures strengthening IP function Description of Work: Support and consultation to R&D projects in IP perspective IP support to sealing contracts including license agreement and those negotiation Position Features： Opportunities to contribute maximizing values of Chugai's products and services all through our value chains by collaborating with the other Chugai's functions including Research & Delelopment, Business or so  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・特許の紛争および訴訟手続き経験者［5年］ ・海外における上記経験あればなおよし 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・科学技術系の学士歴 ・企業知財部経験あればなおよし 求める行動特性： ・関係者を巻き込みながら、知財紛争の解決策を導き出そうとする行動特性 ・チャレンジングな目標を設定し、成果を出すための当事者意識と責任をもって目標達成にコミットする 求める資格： ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC830点以上） ・弁理士または弁護士資格あればなおよし ---- Desired Experience: ・Work experience in patent dispute and litigation at least 5 years ・Experiences in global dispute or litigation is preferable Preferred Knowledge and Skills： ・At least a bachelor's degree [including master's or doctor's degree] in science and technology field ・Work experience in IP function in company is preferable Desired Competencies: ・Behavior to endeavor to establish a solution in IP disputes and litigation by letting various internal and external stakeholders be involved in ・Behavior to commit a preestablished aggressive target by demonstrating ownership and accountability Desired Qualifications: ・Capability to communicate in English [at least score 830 in TOEIC estimation] ・Qualified patent attorney or attorney at law is preferable  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria. 勤務形態：管理職待遇 Administrative position 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
