KGaAの日本法人です。2006年の設立以来、最先端の自動車技術を日本市場に提供することに尽力してまいりました。エレクトロニクス、ライティング、ライフサイクルソリューションを専門とし、営業、エンジニアリング、プログラムマネジメント、品質、コーポレートサービスといった強固な基盤に支えられ、革新的な技術とお客様満足の実現を推進しております。 ■当社の魅力 当社は世界的に知られるお客様に革新的な技術ソリューションを提供しています。常に先端技術に触れ、技術を高められる環境でキャリアに磨きをかけてみませんか？失敗を恐れず挑戦する姿勢と、互いを尊重し思持ちながら取り組むことを大切にする企業文化が当社の魅力です。是非、私たちと一緒にモビリティの未来を創りましょう！ ■募集背景 現在、日本国内のビジネス拡大に伴い急成長しており、セールス・エンジニアのいずれも新規メンバーを大募集しています。 成長企業ならではの手触りのある仕事を味わっていただけるフェーズです。 本部門のボディエレクトロニクス部門は、国内拡販のために昨年新設されたチームで、以下３つの領域を持っています。 「iPDM（Inteligent Power Distribution Module）」「SCA（Smart Car Access）」「Lighting Electronics」 いずれも高度な先端技術に携わり、日本市場への参画をリードする環境で推進実感、成長実感を得ることができます。 本掲載のポジションは、これらの技術・製品を担当するメカニカルエンジニアの募集です。 ヘラージャパンの役割は、ドイツとJOEMを繋ぐインターフェイスです。 日本のお客様のニーズとドイツの期待の間に立ち、技術知識に支えられた提案力・調整力で、プロジェクト獲得に向けて推進いただきます。 尚、主な開発拠点は、本国のドイツの他、インド、ベトナムなどにあり、日本で独立して開発をすることはありません。 インターフェイスの醍醐味として、お客様から信頼されるパートナーとなることを目指す仲間を探しています。 ■このポジションのチーム体制 Body Electronics 　約10名 ・Director (60台) ・Senior Lead（50代） ・Project Manager, System Engineer, HW Engineer, SW Engineer, Mechanical Engineer （10名弱 30−40代） 　　総勢20名体制のチームをつくるために積極採用中です！ 　　出来上がった組織ではなく、まだ新設されたばかりの若い組織でフレッシュな環境です。 　　いずれも最新技術のため、製品にご経験については経験者に限らず、幅広く検討可能です。 ■求める人材像 ・技術向上心と自力遂行型のマインドをもった方 ・困難な状況でも忍耐強く、提案力と愚直なチャレンジ精神を持ち合わせた方 ・革新的な技術及び製品知識、業界トレンドをキャッチする勉強家 OVERVIEW: Preparation of design solutions for complete devices, assemblies and components Projecting device design within the context of development projects. RESPONSIBLITIES: A) Communication 1. Serve as the main technical contact point for Japanese customers 2. Clarify, define and translate customer requirements into structured input for the global design and development teams. 3. Represent global engineering in customer meetings, design reviews, and escalation. 4. Build and maintain long-term trustful customer relationship. B) Project Management 5. Align with project manager on project targets for quality, costs and timing, ensuring feasibility. 6. Support acquisition phases with technical inputs for proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies. 7. Track progress of design tasks with the global design and development center and escalate issues when deviation occur. 8. Coordinate across departments (Quality, Production, Laboratory) to ensure aligned project execution. C) Technical leadership 9. Review and validate design solutions prepared by global design and development team against Japanese customer specifications. 10. Provide feedback on CAD models, design concepts, and simulation results. 11. Support validation activities (mechanical, thermal, vibration, EMC etc.), coordinating between customers and global design and development centers. 12. Ensure FMEA, tolerance management, and risk assessments meet customer and company standards. 13. Contribute to problem-solving by presenting alternative design solutions when issue arise. D) Local leadership 14. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers in Japan office as team expands. 15. Support local project management to ensure technical milestones are met. 16. Contribute to continuous improvement of communication flow between Japan and global teams. 17. Represent the Japan office in technical matters to regional/global leadership  応募資格／Qualifications REQUIREMENT: -3 years of job-related experiences -Communication / Moderation -Business level Japanese and English -Project management and Quality management knowledge is advance   待遇／Salary & Benefits SALARY:To be determined based on experience and capability. *OTHERS: 1.
