【職務内容】
(雇入れ直後 / Immediately after hiring)
■Primary Purpose
The Leader of the Global Supply Chain Portfolio Management Office (PMO) will drive strategy execution, and oversight of high-impact global supply chain initiatives. This individual will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of the portfolio of projects that drive supply chain innovation, efficiency, and business outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President Strategy & Excellence, the PMO leader will play a critical role in improving the capability and capacity to drive transformation and change across Supply Chain that improves operational & financial performance, customer experience in support of the company’s strategic goals.
■Key Accountabilities
◆Portfolio Management◆
Key Responsibilities
・Supply Chain Portfolio Management
・Manage the global portfolio of Supply Chain initiatives including
-Project identification and selection. Facilitate business case development and reviews
-Provide oversight and governance on execution.
-Coordinate and make visible benefits realisation of the Portfolio
・Ensure effective governance, risk management, and quality control standards are applied across all projects.
・Cross functional coordination and alignment of project roadmap
・Portfolio prioritization, resource visibility and management
・Coaching and support for the SCM community to enable users (other managers and leaders within the supply chain organization) to efficiently navigate the Portfolio processes and business decision making.
・Portfolio and Project Management methodologies and standards
-Define and develop the methodologies for portfolio management with Supply Chain to continuously improve processes and ensure good business decision making
-Define and develop the methodologies for delivery of projects, ensuring consistent methods, tools, and communication practices across the organization.
-Apply and tailor Global PPM standards to SCM methods and processes
・Enable and support the Head of SCM & VP Strategy & Excellence with proactive communication to ensure high transparency and engagement with the E2E SC Transformation and Portfolio of strategic initiatives activities at Olympus.
・Represent Supply Chain within the Global PPM community helping to develop and improve PPM standards, processes and ways of working for greater effectiveness.

・Documented plans and roadmap for Supply Chain and support cross functional communication
・Clear visibility and coordination of E2E projects and the roadmap
・Up to date, accurate portfolio of change the business activity to facilitate robust business decision making.
・Alignment and standardization of processes
・Up to date and visible business case development and Portfolio benefits realisation.
◆Supply Chain Transformation Delivery◆
Key Responsibilities
・Project delivery
-Provide dedicated project management expertise and develop resources with the capability and capacity to deliver strategic initiatives
-Program / Project management of key strategic projects to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes.
Performance Measures
・Effective and agile project management of key initiatives to realise business case outcomes
・Alignment of capabilities and capacity to ambitions for strategic change
◆Team Leadership◆
Key Responsibilities
・Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of project managers and analysts across multiple geographies ensuring Olympus core values are maintained.
・Conduct performance appraisals on all managed staff, set objectives and monitor their progress towards them.
・Support and manage the team to achieve performance targets and development plans and activities through regular 1:1’s
・Coach and train staff on Olympus standard operating procedures and policies.
・Be responsible for maintaining personal development.
・Regularly communicate team achievements and project updates to key stakeholders, to better educate the business on the skills of the department, and to foster a collaborative relationship with the commercial business departments.

応募資格/Qualifications |
■Education / Certifications:
・Bachelor’s degree in business with a major in Supply Chain or similar
・Relevant Masters degree an advantage
・Certifications in project and/or portfolio management an advantage
■Experience:
・8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, ideally in consumer goods / medical devices / Life Sciences or technology.
・Demonstrable experience in a mid to large multinational supply chain operating globally with responsibilities across geographies
・Demonstrated experience working in complex Supply Chain projects with project management certification an advantage
・Strong understanding and experience in ERP (SAP) based project implementation, applications and data management systems.
・Working knowledge and experience in M365, SAP, project management tools
・Working knowledge in IBP, WMS/TMS platforms etc an advantage

・Strong communication and relationship building skills to collaborate cross functionally with internal partners and external customers.

・Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks and manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
・Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with business fluent English prerequisite (second language, e.g. Japanese or German desirable)
・An ability to work well in an ambiguous environment with self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability

8:45〜17:30 (休憩:昼45分)
標準労働時間8時間

900万円〜1700万円
