Global Supply Chain Business Project Manager

【Your Responsibilities】
(雇入れ直後 / Immediately after hiring)
This position is responsible for providing project management leadership/support to the Global SCM projects in order to meet its goals/objectives in delivering an End 2 End Supply Chain Solution/on other potential business outcomes. The role is to take ownership of and manage projects through to fruition whilst delivering results through key stakeholders.
- Project management for medium to large-scale, global supply chain projects (Japan, APAC, EMEA, US, China)
- Coordinate internal supply chain and other business function area resources, along with third-party vendors engaged by the business, to ensure flawless project execution
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress with relevant personnel, teams, organizations, and third parties
- Manage overall project budget, time, and resource allocations
- Track the timely provision of business process design and requirements
- Manage global and regional interconnections, track activities with the global project team, and assign tasks accordingly
- Coordinate user testing, key user training, communication, and regional hyper-care on the business side
- Oversee and orchestrate day-to-day project execution activities, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes on the business side, in collaboration with potential implementation partners
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term supply chain goals for benefit harvesting
- Identify risks, manage mitigation strategies related to the implementation project, and maintain ownership of regular updates on risk quantification and qualification
- Continuously improve project execution through best practices and recommendations
- Ensure transparency in cost, effort, and delivery for all stakeholders and senior management
- Manage changes to the overall project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques

<Required>
・Master / bachelor’s degree in business administration / logistics / IT / engineering

・Several years of relevant professional experience in project management on global scale and medium to large projects
・Supply Chain experience in complex international Supply Chain environment
・Excellent communication and presentation skills
・Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
・Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
・Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
・Experience in agile project management methodology
・Negotiation skills on stakeholder level
<Preferred>
・Experience in global digital transformation projects/ rollout projects
・Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification

正社員(試用期間3ヶ月:待遇の変更はなし)
【勤務時間】
8:45〜17:30 (休憩:昼45分)
標準労働時間8時間
※フレックスタイム制度あり/コアタイム11:15〜13:30(管理職採用の場合対象外)
※時短勤務制度あり
※テレワーク勤務あり・時間外労働あり
〈ご参考〉業務の状況等により変更となる可能性がございます
・時間外労働(平均残業時間):20−30時間程度/月
・在宅勤務:週2−4回(必要に応じ出社していただきます)

・休日 :土日祝、年末年始、GW、夏期休暇
・年間休日:129日(自社カレンダーに応ず)
・有給休暇:20日間の年次有給休暇を付与。
※入社初年度は入社月にて変動します(最大20日)

【想定年収・手当】
900万円〜1700円
※想定年収については、目安です。ご経験やスキルに応じて当社の処遇基準にて決定いたします。
